I think that's something that might happen, as long as XRP always improves its quality. Quality in the field of transaction, market, and platform. Altcoinpun price stability also affects the ups and downs of XRP prices. The inflation of dollars in circulation also becomes one of the determinants of altcoin prices. So it is not impossible that XRP will reach $ 100 price, although it takes a long time. So just wait. 50 cents is more likely than $100, $5 would be a realistic high if we have a good year.

$100 seems way to much at the moment, i think the realistic target for xrp this year can be around $10-$15, even for this target to reach the xrp and overall crypto volume should grow very big in coming months.

You are crazy. Ripples will not achieve 100 dollars in 2018 and any next years too. The best price for this year is 5 dollars max, but it will be hard to achieve. So i do not know why you thinking in this way

it might happen since XRP is an exaggeration and hype coin last time, haha. But honestly I can not think of a good way it will hit 100$ this 2018 since everything in crypto market doesn't look so good.

I think he is dreaming a lot think about the supply of XRP still, there is a lot of coins kept in locked. 5$ to 10$ is possible because even they are doing good in terms of centralized blockchain and it is attracting the Banks, to reach 100$ it should attract most of the countries bank throughout the worldwide.

$100 is not an impossible price for XRP, but not in 2018.
Crypto market is not in a good shape in Q1 2018, an Ripple  meed more adopter. Maybe next year it will hit at least $50.

I don't think you have any idea of what you are talking about when you say 1xrp = $100. Do you even know what the market cap of XRP will be at $100? Moon predictions are OK, but this is going into some another universe predictions.

$100 for Ripple is not impossible in the near future but it should also multiply the market cap by 100 so that will make it $30 trillion because the current market cap of Ripple is $33 billion. If it gets mass adoption, I'm certain it may reach to that price per Ripple.

People can easily think some impossible ideas whenever there is a massive social trend happens. In the altcoin season late december and early january, some newspapers wrote that ripple can overpass bitcoin because its price increased huge. I think it is very expensive higher than 1.00 usd for ripple. How can you claim that it will be 100 usd in one year? This is impossible. I think making money is so easy in this market because there are a lot of noobs.

$ 100 in 2018 is really a lot of money and I do not think it can reach such a high capitalization, even if with the crypto market nothing is impossible.

In my opinion, instead, XRP will be the first currency to touch the US dollar bill by this summer; this means a quote of about 25-30 $ if bitcoin reaches its old ATH again at $ 20,000.

Even I supported XRP, its going to be unrealistic  for its price to be $100 by this year. It could possibly be back to $1.50 to $2 but this is if the banking system really is making the adoption and Ripple network had already been developed with their own smart contract which I think might not be available even the year end.

The market cap of ripple would exceed 3 trillion USD.
The whole cryptomarket's market cap is around 0,3 trillion USD.
100$ ripple would be really unreal, the market would increase more than 10x in a year, and every other coin's value would stay the same (which is highly unlikely).
Also, ripple is mainly used for transactions. Low price is desirable.

This is a completely pointless thread. $100 XRP would be ~4 trillion dollar market cap. At this rate we'll be lucky if the entire crypto market cap finishes the year between 1-2 trillion. 4 trillion for the entire market would still be massive. But for a single (mostly hated and centralized coin) to have that is literally impossible.

It's just impossible. Ripple is more unpopular, investors have forgotten it and sold everything that was in their hands.

You're right that market cap is the important thing, but I think there is certainly a chance that XRP could hit $10 this year. It already hit $3 in January, and we still have 10 months to go. There is a lot of good news about Ripple, it seems almost daily. Particularly with xRapid, which is the Ripple solution that absolutely requires use of the XRP token.
I wouldn't be hugely surprised if XRP became number one in market cap. It may happen, it may not... but it is certainly possible.
But $100 does seem extremely unlikely.

Ripple is not really a scamcoin, it is still profitable for investors and its business still works very well. I think that is just FUD to reduce the value of XRP.
I can predict the price of XRP at the end of 2018 which is $ 5. I am very confident in their business ideas and technology. XRP is considered to be a very big corporation at the moment. I highly appreciate its cooperation with major banks in the world.

$100 with high supply i think it is so hard. just to be thinking of realistic here, perhaps max they will reach $5 in this year. to be honest, i'm also a fan of ripple (XRP) but to reach $100 in this year perhaps you should are dreaming.

$100? Come on, now LTC cost around 140, and XRP is 0.89. Ridiculous to make the prediction. $1.2 is big thing for xrp, and $3.5 or even $5 is maximum. Stop doing the ridiculous prediction.

Ugh, the fact most crypto traders don't even use Ripple because it's centralized and controlled by a few. I doubt it will ever be worth more than a few hundred billion, but greed is greed. It is just another market for whales to make BTC off the small fish, and although it will probably be around for the foreseeable future, it's not a cryptocurrency and I don't think it will be as big in 5-10 years.

I do not think this will happen this year. I believe that the maximum rate is $ 20 and this if the market is very strong. In my opinion, this is not a very good coin that will not bring you a good profit.

It's some strange comparision. BTC was $100 and can not rise more than $150. But now it is more then $9k. And it happens. But I have doubt about $100 because capitalization will be simply unreachable.

Ripple is a good, well supported cryptocurrency even more than bitcoin and Money gram, Western union and banks have prove that. But that does mean the coin will just from it current price range to $100. I don't see that happening.

I don't know anymore. This time last year I was laughing at the idea of XRP at dollar parity. The idea of a 30 billion dollar market cap was laughable.

There's no way there's going to happen. Crypto may be crazy, but unless BTC does $200k this year. I don't see how XRP is going to cap $200. LTC is struggling to even breach that number again.

$100 is way too much - the market cap would be absolutely huge, and dwarf everything else.
XRP definitely has a lot of potential and could quite possibly transform international finance - I'm not saying that $100 per XRP and multi-trillion $ market cap is impossible in future - it is certainly unlikely, but really who knows how big crypto can really get? I would say if $100 did happen, it wouldn't happen in 2018. Maybe a few years down the line once crypto is fully integrated into everyday life.

100 € per XRP is really not achievable, the marketcap of Ripple would be at a stupid high price. I would be very happy, if we achieve the prices of early 2018 again (3,40 USD). Unfortunately the 40000% growth you mentioned cant happen every year :)
