Title: dimensions of avalon's heatsink don't tally between 2 sources? Post by: tarui on August 26, 2013, 02:21:17 PM the 2 sources are yifu's design as hosted on github and er_lee's design for his waterblock design
I noticed quite a lot of differences, 1st, number of mounting holes. it seems yifu's design left out quite a number of them. then I looked at er lee's design, but the position of the mounting holes don't tally at all. some are off by 1mm. At first i relied on yifu's design but his plans are missing some data so if I should rely on er lee's plans for the missing data ( instead of directly using the positions, use the relative differences in positions. in other words, if 1 hole is 5mm away from the next, use it as a guide and offset) I really hope someone can help me out here.
