There are also other PCB designs available (see List of Avalon-ASIC-Miner-Developers and Assemblers (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=192860)). Bizwoo group buy works closely with the assembler Nekonos, so you could prefer him, or whoever you want. Escrow possible, but the cost is up to the buyers. Chips price is 0.1 BTC per chip.
