The technology looks promising and it looks as though the token has a real world application. White paper looks solid but I'm sketchy about the CEO's checkered past (director of over 15 companies). Medicalchain also scores well on the hype factor, with more than 10K members on the Telegram group a couple of weeks before the ICO.
