my plan is to buy a house on January 2019 and this is my HOLD portfolio, if you have ideas and suggestions please just tell me.

You need add Spectrecoin (XSPEC) very promising privacy coin with innovative tech, price strong go up very soon, you can make x200 at 4-6 month

You have named all well known coins by now. If you have enought money in your place I would also gamble with coins like Shield, Ven, Onion and some others.. (more risk-high reward).  This might ensure you brand new car and pool, because for house you will have enought ;)

Personally, I'd sell TRX and SIA...then replace it with ICX or VEN

No idea about your current situation but you have more than enough for a heavy deposit onto a mortgage.

Excellent portfolio dude...mine is quiet similar as well but you have got more so much better than me...Can’t suggest you more as you are already holding all that I could suggest...so I would say great choise

Your portfolio is fine, there is no coin that I will not hold myself, the only thing is that it could be a good idea if you have some spare cash to add dome coins with a lower market cap, that means an higher risk but if you take the time to investigate them the same way you did in order to get that portfolio then you will surely choose the right coins and make money that way.

You should have DeepOnion, it will be one of the best privacy coins with their great feature DeepSend.

Also ETN with their mobile mining, it's low cost now so you have great chance, otherwise your portfolio is great.

I'd add Gulden (NLG)

It's a very stable coin, since 2014, it's very cheap right now, has a low market cap (which is good, there's much, much room for growth) and there's one of the biggest updates ever in history of crypto (PoW2 and SegSig) just around the corner in some weeks ;)

You are missing some good coins like DCT ,ONION ,Semux and DGB most of those coins are undervalue for long time with possible increase in 2018 , try to own some little amount of each one .

I wouls probably cut down envion for around double the ico price you exposion seems kinda high for a high-risk high reward vehicle like Envion's securities. Dont get me wrong, im holding EVN tokens also but I would never put such a substantial part of my portfolio in them, they have too much to prove right now and you have too much to lose from it. If you need any suggestions for pickups feel free to pm me, theres plenty to be had at this 2nd mini market crash we experience right now.

I think this is very solid portfolio, you are very likely to buy a house in 2019 with this portfolio but you know it also depends on market growth.

If possible you can replace xrp with etc, also stratis, utk is a buy

All looks nice, but i would make some  changes. For example, i would put less into Bitcoin, because i think it is already at peak (i know i might be wrong).
Secondly, i would consider Ark, Ardor and Walton. I would also recommend a few 'low marketcap' coins, that could potentially explode. Such example is Oyster Pearl.

But overall, i would say it is a safe hold as it is. But do know, that if you diversify like that, surely you cut your losses, because if one goes south, others can still prosper. But you also  aren't going to get such a high return. Considering everything and that your plan is buying a house, better to be on the safe side.

I would say keep it as it is, maybe shuffle some coins, perhaps add a few hidden gems.

Observe how the market historical behavior around January...plan on withdrawing around the 7th through 15th. ;)

Very good but I will add in some XRB given that it is quite low now. I expect it to reach at least 100 by end of this year.

First of all I know that I could get a mortgage as today, but I want to have enough for a cash buy, even if I wait 1 year more. Also, I am not selling anything by now, just looking for few additions.

Envion:

10’000 USD in Envion is NOTHING. Even if they have to prove a lot, they are a serious team and most of them come from my same country. In fact, I did some deep and serious research about the team in Switzerland and they are solid. We can easily say that if they plans don’t go as expected (about dividends payouts) I could easily sell their token in February for a price that is AT LEAST 1$. I think is a safe investment and I regret I haven’t put more in it.

Ripple:

I sold some Ripple at 3.23$, I will never sell the rest at least for 1 year.

LOW MarketCap Coins:

I do have some money and I am searching for the right coin to add to my portfolio, will check all those you have suggested and please suggest more.

I am also monitoring the WE POWER ICO and seems really promising. They have really a big hype, but the circulating tokens will be really a few, I think they will sell out on day one. I would like to buy a couple of ETH of their tokens.

Great list - all of coins from there have the chances to grow and im sure they will. Neo, Ada, Lumen , OMG ,Waves have more chances at my sight, but all depends on the market and news and it is impossible to say for 100% . any unexpected incident is able to dump altcoin badly. I would add cappasity to your list - i think it is still undervalued

  I have similar mindset, just mentioned it because in your title you have "1 year HODL".  Having to cash out earlier on this is a very real possibility hence why I mentioned it. ;)

Good point. But I think I won't need to cash out earlier from Envion as I am pretty sure their project is solid. I may cash out in a year for now and hopefully the token may get to 4-5$ each.

If I were you I would sell all my tron to buy more waves. Waves is going to be best future coin.
It is working for like 2 years and there isn't huge problems to fix, we just need more icos.

tron is a very dumb project, its current price is a speculative price and does not reflect the real value. that would have to make money on it, we must wait a very long time since the high capitalization of the project will not give a high growth potential in the next 3-4 months

I think you should use your 50% asset to hold top coin, and the rest use to hold potential coin out side top 30, may be some ICO project, more profit than hold top coin because It has grown a lot over the past year  ;D

Since I do not have a huge capital, I have chosen a project and I am trying to buy it regularly. I think VTC is a project that can reach $ 100 in the future and $ 50 in the future.

Some exchanger coin is good for very-very long hodling in fact you should keep it until all crypto vanish because it will keep giving you return no matter what market condition is, whether market ups or down you still make profit, KuCoin, Qash, Binance Coin, COSS, STEX (stocks.exchange) if you have lots of their coin (token) you will make very good amount of return that you can scrape for very-very long time

Binance coin doesnt give you dividends like Kucoin does. That being said between them being the number one exchange (arguably) and ongoing coin burn every quarter having BNB is a good pick long term.

They are good....some coins are stagnant in price for months. coins like starta and likes are purely a scam

Nice portfolio. I would replace Monero with XVG or just add XVG if you have the money. They are relatively cheap now and developers are very active. I am sure XVG will play a more important role in the future and price could easily moon.
Also, I would add Ardor (ARDR) as they have started their main chain at 1st of January. Currently they are sorting out some issues and will soon be much more successful.

But that's only my personal opinion. Good luck! I am sure you will soon have the money for your house.  ;)

By January 2019, with the same portfolio you are currently holding you will be able to buy a decent mansion, and another house for me.

your portfolio is so good. However, I think that you have choosed a too safe strategy when buy hold over 10 coins. it is not a wise decision. my opinion is that the portfolio just should have about 5 coins.

Truly one of the few solid portfolios i saw here in the last months.
Still, i have some suggestions. If you invested in the ICO of Cardano & Tron, sell most of them now. They will likely drop even more.
Since i believe 2018 will be the year of decentralized exchanges and developer-focused coins, i highly recommend to buy Bitshares, Komodo, Quantum and maybe Lisk.

what's your portfolio's current usd value? and target usd value?

I can say it's mostly good ones you have picked, and you will probably end up having house before 2019 :-)

Your portfolio needs no criticizing at all. You definitely have thought this through and looks like you already have enough for a really good down payment on a home. By the end of 2018, you will probably have more than enough to buy a home. You have high marketcaps, new platforms, payment system and new ventures --- great portfolio.

this is dangerous, i think you will explode next year. it looks like your plan will be achieved to buy a house. for me would be great if eth added again because it's development so fantastic
