First of all, let me introduce myself: I am Yu Chong - officially appointed to represent our project here and CTO at JSC "CRYPTO BANKAS" (CHECK IT (https://rekvizitai.vz.lt/en/company/arvonta/)). Company "CRYPTO BANKAS" is the owner of trademark and the whole project which is named "ASSETA" (www.asseta.eu (http://www.asseta.eu)).

1. About your observations regarding polybius project.
I'm not able to comment situation with "Polybius", as I don't know any "insider's" information regarding this company. I'm not intended to split rumours here - it' s not ethical.

2. About our ability to obtain banking license.
It's not a big deal.
There're two ways for us to go.
The first one: to obtain banking license in Lithuania (we need to meet requirements to do so, but it's not a difficulty. You can check the list of requirements here: http://www.lb.lt/en/credit-and-payments-market (http://www.lb.lt/en/credit-and-payments-market))
The second one: our parental company (the 100% shareholder of JSC "CRYPTO BANKAS") already owns a part (62% of shares) of the company (bank) which was granted with such license. So in the case that JSC "CRYPTO BANKAS" (ASSETA) will not be able to obtain such license, we will go with the banking license our companies group already has. In that case we'll merge these two companies (the process isn't simple, but this is the solution).

3. About participation in VISA/MC networks.
Yes, there's hudge difficulties to participate in VISA network right now, especially with cryptocurrency (we are working on this) and, honestly, we don't know how to make them change their decision.
But we have the solution: We can go with other card providers or we can go with our already owned banking license and agreement to issue payment cards. That way ASSETA will be the main platform to aggregate cryptocurrency and will have the gateway (our owned company with banking license) to the fiat currency operations.

4. The difference from other projects:

Regarding "Polybius" - it's Russian product, only presented in Baltic states (Estonia) to look like European project.

Very nice whitepaper and the explanation about obtaining the banking license seems like it could be a real possibility.
However putting "You can sell your token right after ICO and gain good profit" under the Benefits of Holding AST Token section is somewhat strange and a little worrying.
The token ticker AST is also already being used by Airswap?

Regarding the "Polybius" moving. I don't clearly understand why this was done. Both countries (Belgium and Estonia) are in European Union membership. Only they know exact reasons, maybe it's due taxes or regulations. Also it could be impacted by nuances of their business model and strategy...

Vilnius is neither better nor worse. We have built our business strategy model specially for Lithuania. Also, we have already built up our team and employees (which are ready to start work).
The main facts influensed our decision:
1. Lithuania is the only jurisdiction in the EU to have a special-purpose banking license, allowing the foundation of a bank with registered capital of just €1m
2. There are over 31 000 IT specialists (according to "Information Technologies in Lithuania, 2016")

4. Not big average monthly wage. We can find really good specialists at affordable price. So it cuts our expences drastically

Regarding your question about "Early contribution" offer. You can participate in the early contribution offer by filling the form at http://ico.asseta.eu (http://ico.asseta.eu). After successful form submition you will receive an email from our team (please note, we use only this e-mail: hello@asseta.eu). This e-mail will contain the agreement between buyer (You) and issuer (Asseta). One of the contractual clauses states that: "g.) ISSUER undertakes to return received funds if it is not possible to transfer AST (Asseta tokens) to BUYER on the conditions stated on this agreement". Crowdsale smartcontract will return funds to contributors in case there wouldn't be reached soft cap. So, if we don't reach soft cap - we couldn't transfer any AST tokens and, of course ASSETA will return all the funds collected during early contribution round.

Regarding your question about current functionality of ASSETA platform. It's undergoing beta testing right now and some functions might be disabled from time to time. We will finish testing by the end of this week. The merchant services is designed to fit contemporary online businesses needs. There will be enabled plugins for Magento, WHMCS, WP and etc. The main function is to provide the easy to use payment gateway. So, in other words - this function allows user to collect payments easily.

Regarding question about currently available deposit methods. There's only one deposit method currently available to the public - Wire transfer. We have almost all popular payment methods implemented (such as BTC, ETH, wire, WesternUnion and etc.).

I think it was only for some registered investors with 1+ETH payment.
But now web site shows us 30% as something for everyone who's buy AST before softcup.

But if it's 2% of all sold tokens then bounties can only sum up to 1.8% of total supply. The way you describe it would mean it's 2% of the final supply.

Very good catch. It makes me wonder how many projects inflate their crowdsale numbers. This is, after all, an unregulated market. I doubt Asseta is the only one doing it.

I've noticed this project in February and decided that there is nothing special in it. I am surprised to see that the project has collected more the 16000 ETH. That is something fantastic! I only now can wish all the best for the team in their project and watch what the price will be on exchange.

you should always support this project because with the acquisition of 16k eth will be very good for a coin achievement because nowadays a lot of ico emerging and sometimes make ico achievement becomes very difficult and not maximal. by obtaining 16k eth would be great for achieving this project.

Last chance if you want to invest guys, this crypto bank project came from deep and quiet but collected great money. I wrote a blog post about them, also joined Telegram groups. I have to say I'm surprised there is only a few people in Telegram groups. That shows only quality investors joined this project. This is not like other "20k user in Telegram but hard to reach softcap" projects.
