I will accept a moneypack paid for with cash. I am going to need to see a picture of the reciept and the numbers at the very bottom of the MP card to verify they go together and were paid for in cash. That all can be done once the escrow address has been funded. For 99% of trades we will be using a escrow, or you will be sending first.
