I am selling a Klondike 16 from batch 3 of the steamboat group purchase. It is expected to be able to mine up at 4.5 Ghash/s (possibly more with overclocking). It will come with the fully assembled pcb, a heat sink, and a fan. You will be able to assemble the fully operational unit with just a screwdriver. All you need to is to plug it into a power supply with pci-express to start hashing. Order for chips was submitted to Avalon on May 22, 2013 and the chips are expected to arrive within a couple days (I can't guarantee this timeframe however, because it is outside of my control).
