If you are not paying in btc / eth or any other major crypto, then this belongs in the altcoins marketplace. Chances are you would not find many people interested in doing work for you if you are paying them from premined tokens. If I only learn how to code in XHTML1.0 for the better it might be a good idea to offer my skills in your project, nevertheless Good luck looking.
