Title: Lost my 2FA key Post by: janjan22 on January 24, 2018, 10:06:35 PM Dear all. Accidently I deleted one entry in the google authenticator app. It was used for extra security on an exchange website. Is there any way to get this entry/key back in the app after it is deleted? I dont have the seed or QR code anymore :'(

There is only one way now to get back your account is to contact with exchange website through support ticket . Hopefully you will get your account back.

Yeah OP should contact the exchange's support. A friend of mine lost his phone with google authentication installed on it. Hopefully he recovers after several days of waiting and followups.OP, please do email them now. But if you can't prove that you own that account your ip can be ban base on what i heard to other people experienced.. |
