i got my jalapenos upgraded to 7.5 GH each, received them a few months ago and have made triple my BTC back already! the electricity use is so low that i expect to continue running them for a long time, especially if the price of BTC keeps going up the way it has recently. I've also got an early preorder of the knc jupiter. Just like i had a very early BTC order, i expect that being early to the game will help alot. I do feel bad for folks that bought later and still havent gotten their gear, but they need to understand that they had a years of pre-orders ahead of them, and pre-ordering gear while making calculations about what the return should be is extremely risky. If i lose money on my next pre-order, its MY fault, not theirs. The FPGAs paid for themselves many times over, because I held a fair amount of the BTC I mined until the price went up. At this point, even if my ASICs never made anything, I would still be well in the black.

I was just on the BLF forum and I guess got lucky. Some guy paid for two 7 GH Jalapenos but got two 4.5 GH units. I will just thank the BTC gods that my Jala is working and hashing away.
