I think bitcoin is not yet stable, yes today we see bitcoin prices go up, 1 week ago I also see bitcoin prices go up, but then down again, and now go up again. this makes me confused. and I'm still doubt of this price up.
and certainly I would not say bitcoin has gone up and normal, if bitcoin price has not reached $ 20000 then stable.

Where is your proof for this claim? I don't see any news that would suddenly force an upward momentum with bitcoin. Sure, it's possible that it just so happens that a lot of people start investing at a given time in the day, but this is highly unlikely.

This morning, I woke up to an article titled "Major payment company: “Fewer and fewer use cases” for bitcoin payments." Multiple services have actually stopped accepting bitcoin, and I don't think that's news that would push btc in a positive direction. It's a good time to buy right now, but besides that, I don't see any distinct reason as to why bitcoin would surge up suddenly.

Maybe "it's a good time to buy right now" reason could push Bitcoin up... Many people thinking the same thing at same time increases the demand considerably. Almost reaching $11.500 at this moment, just need more $500 increasing in price. It's not too hard, I believe. But the spectatives are that the price continues stable without huge fluctuations because there aren't news to boost BTC's price at this moment, as you said.

I can be wrong, but I think a huge increasement in price will come only when more updates about Lightning Network reach to us. Or any other important event meanwhile, what would be unpredictable for now.

Absolutely. No matter how many times history repeats itself by first people spreading FUD because of a new government regulation or ban, then bitcoin crashing, then stabilizing and going up again, poeple don't learn the lesson.

Don't close your position with such big of a loss. Either take a small loss and cash out, and buy back later when price is lower or cash out when the bull market's near its top position. Don't cash out when you're already taking a 50% loss. It makes zero sense.

Also as you said, it should be stated that you shouldn't put all of what you have into bitcoin, if you're here for the short term, unless you're prepared for short term crashes like this.

The price has been gradually increasing for the past day, and i think it will continue to coming into the next week.

this seems to me more like a sideways action still and i still can't see a big breakout coming. the $12k plus that OP is so excited about is nothing! that is just a 4% rise which falls well within the daily fluctuations of the market and it is not at all a major resistance to be excited about in my opinion.

if it were $14000 or higher then it was a different story.
that price level is more of a resistance and breaking it means a proper breakout and the indication of a good chance for a rally to be followed. and i believe it will happen in 6-7 days (in February)

But if we are already in a "bear market denial stage", $14000 would look very good but all it is really is a trap in making us think that the market is doing fine again.

I believe this is a time to be careful and to post your buy orders lower than usual if you plan to "buy the dip".

URGENT? Can you explain the urgency of this post? This is the epitome of something that is not urgent. Just another petty speculation. And the target is only 12K? We might miss a 5% profit? Oh no.

No basis at all. I believe you are just posting this to create some optimism in the community. You want to trigger something so that some/many will buy some,many bitcoins and hopes for a rally to begin again. Nice move but it won't work, not like this. The community needs solid great news about Bitcoin and not this random attempt of pumping bitcoin's price.

where did you get this news? I am quite unsure of what you say, for not knowing what affects the bitcoin price this time? because you do not apply any links that we can see. you have to give something specific so we can trust you enough

This is the usual movement of bitcoin, every time it dip very low it will sure gain the amount it went down and even went beyond that recent All Time High, And you are right to not panic so it can be a straight forward increase for the value of bitcoin, But Speculating the movement of increase for bitcoin is in the month of February so be patient and have faith in it.

holding tight ,12000 is not our target ,the ath $20000  is our first goal .do sell your bitcoin for cheap!

There is no need to open several topics that the price of bitcoin will reach $12k today. If you do think that, post some proof or graph or analysis to back up your statement.

Obviously the guy doesn't have anything to back this up aside from his gutfeel. Though i have no doubts that btc will eventually break that 12k resistance, we can't pinpoint when that will happen. Btc is showing us what volatility means for more than month now lol

For the past 2 years, yes that was the right trading strategy to use. Now, I do not believe so. There has been lower highs and lower lows for the last month and it is anyone's guess on how long that might last.


That is the kind of thinking that most of us are stuck in the "denial stage", while the smarter traders are starting to either take the opportunity to trade to fiat to buy low or to short Bitcoin.
