because 9 hours ago I want to withdraw Covx but still in process


and I see at yobit wallet covx just reamining 346 covx

so scare has much sell order but at wallet not enough for withdraw

I has send ticket to support too twice but still not respond

maybe waiting yobit transfer from cold wallet because I think if sell order has 20k covx so at wallet must be 20k covx
so buyer can buy and withdraw it and then can be more because withdraw fees on yobit too

Hope this not a code problem. As per trading platform buy and sell depends on user money. All the transaction works directly one to another account.

You should check 3 things:
1)Did you entered the purse address correctly?
2)The commission don't exceed the withdrawal amount
3)Only you have such problems, or other users too? In order to check 3) look for topics on this forum or on Twitter via the tag yobit withdraw

I think its good idea if we ask it in the chat of yobit support to clarify what happen.
If another member transaction has been processing in 15 minutes then why yours not confirmed yet?

Sometimes it's the altcoin's network problem. I have also encountered that and it is from Yobit to Cryptopia and I asked here and there to know who has the problem but it turns out I really just needed to wait but instead I panicked first.

Yobit is well known exchange with wallet issues, did you check wallets before you made transaction? Maybe it is in maintenance which is regular yobit's practice. Don't bother sending tickets to support you will probably get answer in few months if you will be lucky to get answer at all. Don't ignore all scam accusations against yobit, stop using it and start using other exchanges.

You can't. If they are not responding to your tickets there isn't really a way to get your funds.
I've heard of people waiting for half a year to get their coins.
Try to send them more tickets but that is long shot  :-\

There support teams hardly reply and I think yobit has serious problem with this. I have stopped trading with them as I keep on hearing negative things about. The support teams of most of the exchange platform hard answer and this is one of the major problem I have had  but yobit own is wost and I will advise them to recorrect this before there are push out of business.

Yobit support sucks since they are totally unfriendly! I remember back those days when one of my deposit never came to my balance and support resist to answer me for that problem that's why by now I curse them up and never tried to trade with any of my alts their and maybe people should see those bad feedbacks as valid points for them to not trade with that shit exchange.

We have faced the same situation and got after many weeks of support ticket, really their support system is not accurate. Even though there is no option for cancelling the withdrawal and it really sucks. So we have to be very careful with yobit withdrawals.

How can it be that the recent ones were completed and that in the middle was stuck? Yobit is known for having a slow support so even you have addressed this to them you only have to wait and remind them with almost all the means of communicating with them.
It can be or it can't be. Their ticket support system is getting a lot of queries everyday so your in process withdrawals was buried by other recent queries.
