Title: Idea in programation. Post by: Yeshualive on January 25, 2018, 11:15:41 AM Idea: I want to put an international domain that I have to run with the idea of a basic lottery script, however, I did not find any script running or working to customize and adapt. I do not have megalomaniac intentions, of course that does not roll nor the dominion, but I think that to supply this with the ads.
Anyway the idea would be to create a multicrypted lottery. It would have low transaction fee, would pay by auditing the withdrawals, once a day or once every 6 hours, do not know right yet, I accept suggestions. The result of this lottery would be to use some of the funds to donate to charities. The idea is to help other non-artist entities by donating huge sums just to get their names on the wings, and maybe, quite possibly, if the business really pumped, help even fund a bit investments in Brazil in Science and Technology , especially after another cut in the budget. We could also use this in BR startups. We could therefore intend to create a council that decides and thinks about what to do with the funds raised, I do not want anything centralized. Grin I know it is "illegal" in a way, since lottery without authorization of the "Federal Savings Bank" is prohibited, even more in the case of unregulated assets, but this is a matter to be discussed at another time. I would like to know if it is possible to do this through some known script. I looked at GitHub and other sites, but found nothing. Unfortunately, I do not have the budget to pay for someone who understands programming. I am not asking for a donation, I am asking for help in discussing feasibility and possibility.
