Hi I'm newbie here, i just want to ask if anybody knows how to increase gaining a token ?

I believe we will need more information.  Did you purchase Tokens through an ICO? If you so you would have to consult with the people in charge of the ICO and read up on guidelines for the ICO.

participate on bounty campaign/airdrops, only few of them requires the rank of forum the most requires X number of followers on facebook/twitter/blog/youtube etc, some bounty likes telegram can require only the join on the channel

What token are you asking? Token of appreciation here in forum which is known as the new system - Merit? or token = bitcoin or token that comes from different bounties? Kindly be specific but to give you some brief answer.

I'll add another thing, he can gain more by buying crypto tokens but not with merit.

I'm not clear token is asked. I assume token as crypto currency. if the coin price is low, then we can get more coins at low price. ICO is very good option get token at low price. ICO project give some additional discount on early stage of ICO. If you want get some free token ,then airdrop and bounty will help you. basically bounty is promoting some project  and get some free coin as a payment for your effort.

If you are pertaining to ERC20 tokens or any other ALTCOINS.
Always be updated in telegram channels. Look for Airdrop and Bounty Signature in Marketplace Thread. This is a good starting point to have some capital for trading. But there are things to consider before joining any of these:
1. Rank up keep posting with relevant and juicy post to gain merits. Look for Meta, I think TMAN has some challenge for us beginners.
2. After you reach Member you can now join any of the Airdrop and some of the Signature Campaigns. Also joining Bounty in exchange for some ERC20 TOKENS can be helpful.
3. If you have now token. Wait for them to have a value and start trading. But be careful cause there is a higher chance of losing money if you dont have any knowledge about this very volatile market.

if you want to get more coins I suggest to follow bounty but with very few newbie rank to search it, then from that we together to raise the rank first at least jr. member

well, here's how I do it currenlty:
- buy tokens (cheap ones under 10$ for now lol)
- join airdrops (you get free tokens!)
- join bounties (helps project get more popular)
- start a youtube channels (ask for donations)

Just remember one thing that you won't get anything for free, so if you have invested in any kind of token already then you have to wait for the price increase in the real market. If you don't have the patience to wait then you can directly purchase such tokens from the open market and send it to your wallet. There are some guyz I know, they barely invest their personal dime in crypto, they scout for free tokens ranging from bounty campaign, airdrop etc and they're doing relatively nice considering the amount they pull in. I think it's not an absolute NO!

there's a lot of way on how to gain token. in this forum you can joined bounty campaign were in most of the payout is token, but before that, you need to create first an account to any social media out there like, twitter or facebook. after having an account in any social media. your account need to audit so that they can check if your follower is real or not. after that you can joined any bounty campaign and they will pay you token.

Start participating in airdrop or bounty programs. No need to invest and you can earn a lot of money depends upon the project or the team of the token.

Currently, the fastest way would be to participate in events, assuming you have a good car that can earn all the position/timing rewards. For example, “the [day] heat” events help you get about 20-30 tokens.
