Need to click on any coin in 60 seconds, while it is moving around. Remember to check Ranking after your score submitted.

I visited your little game website but it's very slow in loading and its "not secure" told by google chrome. Its the same game that I played with friv, what I can't understand it's just a full fun game but it would be good too if you'll add some prize pot on it.

Its only you. I have tried it on google chrome,mozilla and Internet explorer which they all works fine for me. Fast loading and this is somehow enjoyable. I did play on the site and hit up that rank spot. It is easy but difficulty rises which is normal. If you are referring to add up some prize then its possible and all depending on the site owner but this is already called a gambling site. Maybe if it tends to act up as a faucet on just monetizing for traffic then it might a good idea.

Tried checking out my speedtest and it seems reliable and good yea there must be something wrong with my computer or connection though I played it and found it entertaining when you don't have something to do and you just want to kill sometime. The prize and idea of putting some funds on it definitely will boost up his traffic but the decision will still depend on how he wants to pursue this project. This is good for kids who are looking for something to play and can be called a bitcoin game.

Updated connection, now it should be "Secure". About game loading - need to think how to load all coin images faster. This is in TO DO list. Thanks.

I finish this game until level 3. interesting enough just let go of tired when dealing with work.

There isn't any gifts for now. I have planned to make something like Hall Of Fame, but then I will need users to register and for now I don't know if there will be so much users that like this game.

The game is a bit simple, but also fun to play for a minute or so.
Would it be possible to implement some additional features to the game, some upgrades perhaps? Although I don't really know what kind of upgrades you could add to this format of game.

Also, nice job on the design of the website, looks really simple and clean.

There definitely will be some updates.

I think I need users registration. Then I can make some "most played games", "best total score" top for players. After that, I can make some achievements - "Played 30 different coins", "Played 100 games in month" and so on. There maybe can be some player ranking points, that is received from achievements.

I have lot of ideas, but this will take some time, to develop them.

The game is very basic and fun for the first 10 minutes. You should change something apart from the speed as the levels

increase. Put more currencies on the screen or fixed blocks {exploding mines} which you are not allowed to click on.  ;D

I will also add a little faucet for new players {say 5 Satoshi per hour} and get people to pay for Head to Head games. They

pay 5 Satoshi per game for instance and 2 Satoshi goes to your pocket and 3 Satoshi towards the Winning Pot. Whoever

win the game, gets all the Satoshi in the Pot.  ;)

I played your game, easy but i suppose that its better to play with a mouse than with the trackpad. In my opinion is one of this games that anyone can  loose some minutes to disconnect from study/work routine.

Nice to hear, that this game help to relax. That was the main idea - keep it simple and play for relaxing.

Started CryptoCatch with an indifferent mood. Then somewhere at the 28th second, the bitcoin logo disappeared from my screen and I didn't see it till the counter timed off. The bitcoin logo was also hard to click, probably because I was using a trackpad. I tried with NXT and it was much better. I would suggest you add 5 seconds to the timer every time a user levels up.

Very promising if the features are more developed. Maybe you can get tokens or coins to do a game airdrop. Of course, game can be abused too, but that can be safeguarded against by adding limits per user. Keep it up!

The game needs something more, but I cannot put my finger on it. <or should I say, my cursor> ^lol^

Can you change the background more frequently during the game? <Crypto themes> to give it more of a Crypto feel. Have you considered adding your own in-game tokens to the game? These tokens can be bought with several Crypto currencies and you can even sell boosters and skins to the users, as they go up in levels.

You can even fund a Jackpot for the person with the highest score. Once they break the daily record, they get FREE tokens and you can have Daily/Weekly/Monthly prizes in tokens to promote the game. ^smile^

Kakmakr and KPrawn gave really good ideas. I was thinking yes, a faucet-style website will work for you. This has great potential so I look forward to an even better game soon!

There isn't any gift for now, but I hope that soon there will be.

It is really an awesome game. Unfortunately, I am using my laptop and I do not have a mouse. But I still managed to reach level six and scored 28. I liked the idea of having many coins, not just bitcoin. Plus, everything went smoothly and the site is secure. I totally recommend giving it a try.

On the other hand, you could make your project bigger by adding some prizes. For example, you can hold a competition for users. Each user bets with a small amount of bitcoin. And the one who makes the highest score wins the bet. it would be more fun if you ask me.

Any easter eggs in this game?  ;) Tried clicking everywhere but was unable to find it, but I'm sure (want to belive) that there are some!

Money involvement would be possible but yet it would already be called as gambling site. If this site created solely by OP for entertainment then he wont really bother to add up some money on it.By the way I cant imagine how you reach out level 6 by just using laptop pad. lol


Why would ask for a seasonal game? Its obvious that you cant find it since the game was solely created for catching up those cryptos.

Can someone explain me, if I will make contest in my game with prize pool like LTC (user can choose other currency as well) worth 10 $ but users will not need to invest anything to play in this contest, is that legal?

Second thing, for beginning I need to make my game more popular, so I will pay those 10 $ from my pocket.  Contest won't be only about best score, but about count of played games as well, so gamers will need to play it for example every day for one week. Question - does someone will play it to win contest?

It's entertaining. I just want to point out that a game should start slow and getting fater when the level goes up but the speed is all the same throughout.

Game is getting faster after 5lvl and after 10lvl. For now I will keep this interval, but thanks for idea about speed increase.

GAME UPDATE

Added user registration and statistic page, where user can see history of his scores and other user data.

This is big step for game, but there is a lot more to do and develop.

ha, a fun game to spend some time trying to catch the elusive coin symbols
reminds me of some old sites with fake bonuses that you had to catch chasing around the screen
the script would never allow you to click on them though,but you could click on the ads in the process by mistake   ;D

Every time I like this type of games, each time they are more :D

Why not put the registration at https://catch.cryptland.com/ directly instead of going to the ranking page? That would be easier imo, like after the Welcome message, the pop out has the registration plus an option to play as guest for trial. I registered btw, though the only advantage as of now is you will not enter your username for every play. Tried the game already and it was fun even for a short period of time. No wonder that the timer made the game more challenging :D

GAME UPDATE

There was a lot of people asking for more features in game, so, I came up with these ideas.

One time per game rocket and dynamite will appear. Click on rocket will give +10 points, but click on dynamite will take -5 points.

Added animated points on score change as well.

My next goal - upgrade user statistics page, add some kind of rating points (and based on rating add statuses, like in forum - Newbie, Expert, Crypto Good etc.) and global users page, where anyone can check other users stats.

Keep improving it. I think this game could go to Micro Earnings section to gain more visibility, but then, you would need to offer some reward to players in the end. And as the game is more interesting than normal faucets, you don't need to offer big rewards, just a symbolic prize.

This is my free time project. I don't know if someone will want to buy it, but for now I will continue to develop it, and will try to find some sites where I can put link to my game, to get more daily traffic.

OP, nice game and nice setup.Though, I played it and enjoyed it but I still agree with the other user opinion of making one that allows you to shoot something.You can cooperate it with if possible, so that people can make a preference. And another thing; I don't know if its my device or what but sometimes I get this "your screen is too small for this game or touch screen detected" is there any reason why this pops up sometimes?

This message is displayed, when screen is too small, to prevent players from browser resize to very small, because then is a bit easier to play and score.

I found javascript, where object is moving away from mouse and I saw game idea in that. But basically all things is made by myself. I am working as web developer, so this game wasn't too hard to develop.

I use javascript in frontend and PHP (Laravel framework) in backend. MqSql as database.

How do you think, can make similar game on Python language?
Also interested why you choose JS with PHP..because this is old stack nowadays.

I think, for this small game javascript + PHP is good way to develop it.
Of course, you can make this kind of games with Python language too.

By the way I have noticed that the difficulty reduced compared when its first launched. I do love the update but that bomb should be moving too just like with the rocket.

I like when bomb is standing in one place, so player know which point on screen is dangerous! :)

Good for past time. I did only reach out level 9 on the game before the time out.Im quite but curios on the bomb and that spaceship too. Not bad for the first try and the game is entertaining yet hitting up that coin is hard even i do have a fast hands on clicking up. I was amazed seeing those people who are on the top tier rankings reaching level 11 even no matter how i tried i do only get up on level 9.

I doubt if any government would prosecute you, if you offered a $10 reward for players in a game. There is also no gambling being done, so you do not have to register for a gambling license.  ::)

If you want to market your game, then you should offer some kind of referral system that would reward people, who recruit other people to play the game. You can fund this out of your own pocket in the beginning, but as your site traffic increase, you might attract some advertisers to fund this for you.

I tried it with my phone and says too small screen for the game, at least it has a mini version for cellphone user, since not anyone can just carry their laptop when they go out for shopping.

And at least let us experience the game with the free trial version and before proceeding to next level then it's time to create your account.

Problem with mobile device, is that coin is moving away from cursor. On touchscreen device it will be vary easy to play.

Why python ? The game doesn't need that kind of complexity when only a mouse event and some html/css is involved.This isn't a highly graphical game with complex logic which python needs to take care of.

Good for people who have time for playing games. As for me personally, it is only killing off your time, nothing more. It is better to work on studying something new about the crypto. This word has technical progress every day.

I tried your game and it ran smoothly. I like it. I reached level 6 score 27, at that point the coin and my cursor felt like repelent magnets :).
In my opinion you gotta add more tweenings.
I don't know if the landscape is always the same. The one for me was a river in the forest and a car, so maybe you should add:

• car's light flashing
• shooting stars
• dark shadows in the forest

I tried it with google chrome, it works well and i like the design.
The game is easy and fun.
