If you mean mafia as any organised syndicate with ill-intent, then yeah - there will be groups of spammers and groups of trolls, present in any forum or social media outlet... that does not equate to them trying to get control - or even to the actual mafia. A good thing is Good for all and Bad thing is worst for all, So if we see something bad its our Moral duty to stop or Highlight it.
