Coinbase has taken the piss so far. www.btcquick.com is the best i've found so far, but they run on mtgox.com prices unlike coinbase and btcquick.

Post by: claycoins on August 29, 2013, 03:55:05 AM You have to buy Linden dollars (SLL), then exchange them for BTC - (BTC/SLL). Then you can withdraw the BTC.
