For the time being, we have made a new version of the wallet that does not display these warnings when encountering blocks mined with certain version bits. Old wallets still have full functionality, and the chain is not affected in any way by this change. This update is for those who don't want the warning message. On the new wallets, the warnings should only display if they should. As a precaution, please backup your wallet/keys before using this new version. We have not altered any code except to suppress the warning message, and we don't really see why this would cause any problems, but it is good practice to backup your keys anyway.
