is there escrow?

I'm willing to ship to John K first if buyer pays escrow fees. Also, this is not my first group buy.

For escrow I would ship to John K, then he would ship to you. Or I suppose we could agree on simpler escrow terms. Send me a PM and let me know what you are looking for.

there's a reason you ship to me upon him receiving my money because i can't withdraw it. it works both ways... you're making me pay double shiping at the point for no reason really.

Would you be wiling to modify the power cables needed for a extra fee?  I would rather not risk doing it myself as I do not trust myself and would gladly pay for them to be done.  But without them done I do not think I would be interested.

Maybe, I'll look into it tonight and respond to any other questions when I get home. As for escrow, I didn't really think that one through. Normally I would say yes, but I do not have the funds in bitcoin to cover more than 20 units, so escrow is a no go. I can escrow the shipping costs but that's about it:) I'm a 2+ year active seller on the forums with 100% positive feedback so all buyers will have to purchase on trust.

Can someone point me to the power mod needed? Couldnt one just grab a ATX psu & cut off molex connectors , seal off the 5v part and strip down 12v leads and plug them into the screwdown adapter provided?

Also, how soon would these ship CrazyGuy? - soon as you get my payment?

I'll be making the payment to friedcat tonight. I'm guessing they will arrive Saturday or early next week. Then I'll ship them out to my buyers. By the way, shipping prices were just a quick guess. I'll come up with more solid numbers this evening. I'm not going to overcharge on shipping. $10 handling fee will suffice for this group purchase.

Fire sale, hardware won't produce ROI without a significant price increase for Bitcoin, which means manipulation at this point because there is very little along the lines of large scale adoption.  They've also been desperately trying to push all v1 hardware without details on v2 yet, so basically "buy all our old shit before we show any more cards".

That said, props for trying to run a group buy at cost.  Very respectable, sorry this group missed out.  I'm sure they'll show up for sale on some outlet with a "me first" markup.
