Reading through the concept of this project though am not a minner, i understand that having hashgains tokens will give me free hashing power, what happens if i decided to sell my hashgains tokens, then all my free hash power will removed? and can you explain what you mean by convertible tokens? in your whitepaper you state that you comissioned your first DC in October 2016 and since then you have expanded your services.
Then why are you holding an ICO right now to fund your next DC? Why launch a token when you certainly also have other means of financing your hardware upgrade?

Already have KYC done.  I have succesfully withdrawn 5 times already.  What doesnt make sense is the withdrawal was requested 12 days ago and says PAID since 3 days ago and still it hasnt appeared in my Binance wallet. After emailing support I got an incorrect monero transaction reference link saying that the transaction was made on June 2. And still nothing in my wallet.

I have 2 that say PAID that have not arrived to my wallet. After emailing they gave me a supposed transaction hash that does not correspond and has date of June 2 that should have arrived by now.
The first one was requested since May 24
Does it say PAID as well?
Mine was “under process” for about 8 days and the. It changed to PAID and its been 3 days after paid and I have not received it.

Could it be a bad fork? If you have withdrawn 5 times before then I wouldn't worry too much. Each withdrawal is different per the network.

I have contacted customer support over 4 times and no one has gotten back to me. Also I went to with draw some Monero and now I am informed I have to wait up to 10 days. Really 10 days to get my XMR, why so long??
