media to know that. Watch coinmarketcap.com daily for recently added coins. Also, many ERC-20 tokens start trading right after ICO is over on etherdelta so watching that is helpful too. You can follow twitter and facebook profiles of the most well known exchanges and periodically check their posts. You should also join the telegram group and you can ask the admin about the listing.
