The hash rate fluctuates a lot though but the rewards have been reasonably steady. I think the main page needs a little better translation, its a little off putting the way its written. I had a similar issue at this pool, I disconnected this morning because I felt shares disappeared randomly and/or were not credited correctly. I'm glad you got your eth. I think this admin is just trying to hard to keep pool hoppers out and is overaggressive in deleting shares from miners he feels are gaming the system.
