Only can remote your rig? you need physical access to your rig since you need to do troubleshooting with your problems. You need to check cable, connector, unplug and plug etc.

at first do what [YAZ] said, but i think what problem in drivers. I have the same motherboard and with the latest update chipset drivers she did not see 1 of 5 card, roll the driver back to the previous version, if you do not find it - let me know, I'll look for the installer at home

i really not sure what wrong without looking at the hardware.

Looking at a logical point of view the rig has been running in the server room for 1mth+ suddenly missing 3 GPU from the OS Layer.
i can only suspect that the card was spoilt .
But to spoilt 3 card in 1 day same timing is too weird.

Update the BIOS of the Motherboard. If i'm not mistaken, the mining one should be version F23a, after that turn on the Mining Mode and/or Above 4G decoding. Also if you flashed those cards, you gotta use ATI patcher after fresh installation of drivers.

dont think its bios.

i went to the server room.

Unplug all GPU.
Test Each GPU 1 by 1 all are show on the OS Layer.

Next i Plug in all 6 GPU.

All are Show in OS Layer.

I benchmark nicehash.

went i went home and remote in 3 GPU disappear from OS Layer again.
i can't determine what wrong.

I have the same Board and i have no problems with 6 GPUs.
I just put them in one by one and after every card i booted into windows.
So i could see if there is someting wrong with the power or the riser.
You should try so.
I think there's just a riser failure

yes, I have experienced this incident. I found the cause such as the down voltage electricity, the quality of the PSU cable, and the quality of the power connector in the riser.

Do you have a picture?  Which cable was melted power to riser a lot of times has adapters, wondering if adapter or truly PSU cable melted.

Either way I would touch other cables like the one that melted and if you feel heat git rid of cable.  I have only melted 1 cable and it was due to "bargin" psu adapter it used.  Ever since I stay away from low quality PSU and adapters.

I tried many things, many suggestions, I format my windows 10 and install ubuntu but I had the same problem.

I Resolved this problem like this, I installed the windows 10 x64 and made the step by step
https://www.gigabyte.com/MicroSite/462/mining.html

Is very important to upgrade the bios, my bios actually is F25, then I update the bios was possible put CSM Support in disabled.
