You have a lot of possibilities for Bitcoin and maybe some for ETH, I'm not aware of any services for other alts. So you can first trade your Alt for BTC and then your BTC to PayPal in the forums, Paxful, Localbitcoins etc.

Buying paypal with altcoin is most possible in this forum, you will have possiblities of many offers in exchange board selling your altcoins for paypal. You need to create a specific thread and mention your exchange requirements but keep in mind that recieving paypal money is risky, sender can raise false claim and recerse your payment anytime, must use escrow

It is unlikely to receive altcoins directly with PayPal, but a few steps may be necessary. First you need to get Bitcoin with PayPal. There is a site called virwox for this. You should examine the fees.
Later on, you can get the altcoins you want with Bitcoin.

As it was stated here, use the currency exchange site to transact if you're trying to get back fiat. You won't really be paying fees as you might have if you were on an exchange. Your other option is to convert your altcoins over to ethereum or bitcoin, as those are more common currencies for people to buy. You could sell on sites like localbitcoins, but I think ideally, you should stick to these forums. When transacting, make sure you use an escrow to ensure a safe deal!
