When i can get free coins?

Not now, not here. However, you will likely be on the receiving end of a number of hostile posts.

Not sure if you're talking BTC specifically or ANY crypto; in which case, there is a new(ish) coin called Swift.  Check em out:  100 free crypto a day:  https://www.swiftdemand.com/?referred_by=gjones15

For free coins there are an array of possibilities, where projects and sorts have airdrops, signature, translation or video projects.
One such project I personally support is Snowgem(SNG) https://snowgem.org (https://snowgem.org)

They currently a campaign running: "There is 100 SNG bounty for SnowGem video in any language, explaining it's features and maybe a guide how to setup mining."

Current exchanges supporting the coin https://stocks.exchange/trade/SNG/BTC (https://stocks.exchange/trade/SNG/BTC) to checkout value.

Masternodes are in the planning phase for Q3 2018, most probably creating the most value for this project for each owner/holder(hodler) of this coin.

Happy coining!

Just read the altcoin announcement section and look for airdrops.

Something I do not really like. 95% have garbage, and the remaining 5% are trying to find. Bounty forever.)))

If someone else knows a better way, then write about it, but it is the most well-known ways to get coins: using airdrop form or join bounty programs, and referral programs

I think the best and safest way but not fastest one is the Arcade games https://www.nobrain.dk
