Recently, the Merit system were introduced at the forum. It is designed to protect us from spam , because our forum has become lessinformative.
So, why does the forum administration not take steps to suppress SCAM on the forum?! After all, for no one has a secret that many ICOs are just scam. And if the administration has imposed restrictions on users, why not make some changes in order to protect us ?!
In the real world, the actions that we here call the «scam» are called – «fraud» and in the real it is a crime.
Law enforcement agencies are fighting against such crimes in the real world, but here are no law enforcement agencies and the forum administration in this case must take steps to protect us from fraud.
But just talk about the problems and solve it are different things and it would be wrong to simply state the facts and do not offer solutions, so I appeal to the moderators and people who have been on this forum for a long time.
I suggest:
1 – all ICO have to be ESCROWed, without exception
2 - an audit system for ICO projects by experienced participants, direct verification of the white papers;
3 – reservation of the declared rewards for bounty participants in bounty manager wallet;
4 - forms and rules unification for all bounty campaigns, participants and managers;
5 - a kind of certifications of managers , Merit system for managers of bounty campaign and a penalty system for managers not observing the rules;
6 - personal responsibility of project managers for its audit, reservation of rewards, payments to ICO participants.
I ask the community to respond, let's together supplement the list of proposed measures and gave to the forum administration a real proposal how to protect our rights against fraudulent actions.

Although I like for this to be implemented somehow, users should also do their own part (research) before taking part in any "ICO". Perhaps it would be better if someone can make a detailed guideline that educates everyone from possible ways that they can be scammed (in regards to these), so they would know if they should avoid certain projects or not.

Yes,  It adds a lot of workload, but it adds a lot of profit too. And about rules, look at the Merit system - rules changes. We need to inherent security servis.
