I think the onion can be in the top 10. Every 3 weeks you get 3-4% of your whole onion if I do not say stupid

My top 10 at the altcoins are based on my survey and in my prediction. They might have a good future someday and have a good performance thos year. So my top 10 are the: first ethereum we see the ethereum are doing good now. The second are the ripple,bitcoin cash, litecoin, stellar,cardano,NEO,IOTA ,EOS,and bitcoin gold.

ARD -  Is my bet for 2018 this will be the first coin!

Also Ethereum, NEO will at least double it's value!

Kyber Network and Steem have good growth in recent days. Ether crypto is predicted to be the best coin after bitcoin in 2018. LTC, Neo,  Dash and Monero are few best coins can be invested on trusting.

Listed the altcoins here may I know what is your question. Simply mentioned that your question not mentioned anything clearly here. You can find the altcoins all you mentioned in the good place now.  If you would like to invest on anything in this list. I suggest you can go with the IOTA and XRP since the value is cheaper and the high potential the market.
Instead of buy and hodl you could manipulate that coins to many and invested on trading you can able to make lumsum for sure.

DEEP ONION & DRAGONCHAIN should be in there prob top 5 in my opinion!!!

I think eos and cardano have a high potential to rise and I approve they are in the top 10 according to your version ,Neo is no doubt demand in the market is good in this month I'm sure he will continue to be good like this and will reach $300 in this year because many also are recommending

In my opinion this year will be relevant coins with a high level of anonymity. And of course it is worth investing some of the money in BTC/ETH/LTC because this coins are more safety. This is what I am guided by when choosing coins for my investment portfolio.

Litecoin(LTC) and DeepOnion(ONION) are the two coins that should be HODL, in my opinion. LTC is the silver compared to Bitcoin being gold.

There is an agency like Weiss Ratings, which is quite old and authoritative. They conduct audits, do analytics and, based on their data, create ratings. It is worth noting that the agency is independent.

A few days ago they published a rating of 74 cryptocurrencies (by what principle they were not chosen clearly), assigning them estimates in accordance with the investment potential. As representatives of the company said, the study was conducted using a specially created computer model that takes into account four indices: the main, technological, and risk and benefit indices.

Access to these data on their site is paid, but someone has already merged into the network. I went through all the information, and put it into a table, sorting out the assets according to estimates and places occupied by coinmarketcap (the figure opposite the name of the asset).

The agency quote: "A and B estimates can be interpreted as recommendations for purchase. At the same time, investors should not worry too much about the C rating - it means that the asset should be held. Estimates of D mean that it is better to sell the cryptocurrency ".

Honestly, the adequacy of the rating raises a lot of doubts, but it's interesting to see. Do not take this rating as a signal to buy. Always analyze by yourself.

I`m not sure about my top-10, but my top-6 are: Ethereum, NEO, BNB, Nebulas, Icon and Kucoin Shares. I guess all of them will be very successful this year. Ripple will be sure used further, but I do not think you should invest into this currency, especially when you are speaking about 2 thousand. Better take other alts — NEO, EOS, Cardano, Stellar (as an expample).

it's almost the same except the fact i'd put ripple and litecoin instead of oyster and substratum. don't ask me why, i just trust it more :)

For the top 10 altcoins in 2018, I can see references on coinmarketcap.com Guys, because the transaction volume has been summarized all from various market exchangers.

I think that this year a good profit will be given to projects that develop the technology of blockchain. My choice is Stratis, Cardano, Stellar, Aion, Icon. I also keep the Cindicator. I think that many coins that will not present a high-quality product will die this year.

this is certainly a very good top 10 crypto coins! but I want to see what will happen to them after this crisis passes! bitcoin probably will fall in the price, and many projects will not survive or fall very much in price! after such sharp drops bitcoin, always changing the top 10 crypto coins!

EOS (EOS). The decentralized application platform EOS, created to become the "killer Ethereum", features the ability to scale vertically and horizontally, as well as the lack of commissions for users.

I will repeat it, but if I have enough budget I will jump all in for VeChain, their platform may simply be HUGE. Running a masternode will be extremely beneficial if it is possible.

My personal top 10 altcoins is Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano, Cosmos (Atom), Binance (BNB), Gate coin (GT), Oath, Moon money (MoonX), WPP and XBase.

My top 10 altcoin for this year which i buy and hold is Ethereum, Litecoin, Cardano, Digibyte, Electroneum, Binance coin, IOTA, Stellar, Nano and XLR. I will hold and i will wait until a bull run.

My top 10 for this year is:

Ethereum and Monero are very fundamental to me when it comes to long-term investments, i have huge trust in this projects, and i think that they can give a nice income after a while. Dash and FuturoCoin are similiar (FTO source code is based on dash, but they did some redevelopment couple weeks before, introducing new masternodes system) due to their high community engagement, really like those projects, hope them best. Can't wait to see the future of bnb tbh

I have Bytom and Cosmos on my top 10. Interoperability is looking promising in my book

My top 10 altcoins in which I believe and keep it Ethereum, Litecoin, eos, waves, ripple, Dash, NEO, cardano, Tron and Nano.  I believe that they will achieve real success.

That is a good list of some good Altcoins and I have some of my favorite coins also listed there. Ethereum and Ripple and Binance coin are my favorite coins of the year when it comes of altcoin. The reason behind this is the increased growth that has been attracting eyes since long. Normally speculating in these Altcoins can give you return if your cost of investment is low.

Market conditions that are still difficult like now make me only hold bitcoin (20%), ethereum (60%), Litecoin (15%) and the rest are tokens based ethereum such as PPT, Pundix and Maker. It's too risky to hold lots of coins.

I'm not sure I'm able to choose exactly 10, but let's try

Neo - I really admire community which have risen around this coin. It gives a feel of being a part of something bigger
FuturoCoin - a rising star, which will definitely shine in next months thanks to new masternode system
Dash - has big potential for revolutionizing mobile payments
Ethereum - it's stil the second one after Bitcoin, and I have to agreed that it's important position
Stellar - I think this is a really intuitive one, easy for newcomers

I don't have top 10 altcoins but I do have some altcoin which is Cardano, Ethereum , Monero, Binance Coin, Ripple, Stellar and Tron. I do like tron because of it's feature that you can choose whether you are anonymous or not when you are having a transaction. These altcoins are the best for me and I will never sell them even for the next year.

I don't know much about other crypto.

Some of them are unknown to me. I will agree with the first part of this list. I would include there the following tokens as well:
 - OmiseGo;
 - Qtum;
- Ontology;
- Zcash;
- VeChain.

I own about 200 cryptocurrencies in my personal wallet, so it would be pretty hard to choose only top 10 favorite coins.
But I can choose the only one - Bitcoin due to its nice philosophy, no creator, fairly distributed coins among all Bitcoin users.

1. Binance coin/BNB — I will hold and re-buy on corrections as much as I can while Binance stays my main marketplace. Actually BNB-market allowed me to x4 my deposits in 2018 by 3-way trading maneuvers (..>altcoins<>BNB<>BTC<>altcoins<..);
2. Cardano/ADA — the only altcoin I'm going with now (besides BNB) until it hits at least 0.13$ or 0,00449BNB (and then decide re-buy or go with other alts for a while or just continue with BNB/BTC);
3. Litecoin/LTC — stablest I saw during overall deep (I'm not an expert but it was impression I've got);
4. This place is reserved for the best stable-coin based on real amount of Platinum/Gold/Silver/Palladium/Iridium exist, that will not occur a scam and become some kind of stable-coin standard;
5. Ripple/XRP — placing it last only because of my own feelings about offline banks (and therefore governments) taking part in crypto... but I must admit it worth investing (during deepest correction moments).

ETH, XLM, NEO, IOTA, and more are worth investing but I was not paying enough attention there
so I give here only top-5 I was really thinking of

Last year I used to trade some TRX (and ZEC/XMR/XVG/DASH/BTCZ a year before) but I confused with security troubles USA claiming about money laundering through full-anonymity coins, so I decided to put them down until this things become clear to me.

I would like to add some new and established coins to your list. Bitcoin comes in the first position. Second is Ethereum followed by Binance coin. Other coins are Ripple, stellar, cardano, EOS, NEO, Sessia, Miracle tele. Of all the tokens I have mentioned, I have much faith in BNB as the coin is lately emerging and will do magic.

at present, only ethereum and litecoin are feasible and good for investment. while other assets have not been seen developing. Current market growth is indeed better than 2018 but looks slow to grow.

in my opinion ETH is a coin that has a promising future.
Oyster Pearl is a coin listing at the end of 2017 and starts to soar in 2018
I had a lot of coin oyster pearl (PRL), but I was very sorry I sold it at a very cheap price.

The top of the author turned out to be cool. The most interesting thing is that his list is already much more than a year old and by and large in the world of cryptocurrency nothing has really changed. In addition to the BNB and other coins appearing on the Binance, nothing new and interesting among the Altcoins has appeared.

Lately, there have been some changes in the list of my preferable coins. My list tops Binance Coin lately with its success. It has been rising in price like bitcoin. Another is Sessia coin which is soon hitting exchanges. Another is miracle tele, which is also hitting exchanges soon. Likewise, Ethereum, EOS, tron, ripple, IOTA, Prepayway and Stellar.
