Please don't write in caps, you're shouting for nothing.
This forum is full of scammers, you should have taken your time before trading with him.
Would would have seen several points that would have told you Jaac is a scammer :
1) locked thread, so no one can answer except his "vouches", all newbies accounts he owns
2) self moderated thread, so he can delete any unhappy customer
3) highly negative trust (with red : warning, trade with extreme caution) from 4 DT members, and dozens of untrusted feedbacks saying the same thing about jaac being a scammer
4) a search here on the "scam accusation" section would have shown you a thread where we already warn the community about him : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2326746.0

Next time, do researches before any trade, and use escrow at all times.
This lesson cost you $100, hope you'll be more cautious next time.

Why would you agree to purchase, Amazon vouchers from the bowels of bitcointalk, when you can purchase them from many reputable sites, such as

egifter.com, or Gyft.com.

It makes very little sense, apologies for your loss.

Had you simply looked at his bright red trust rating (screen print below) it would have been pretty obvious.  Sorry to say I can't sympathize with those who don't take 2 minutes to read.
