Second, check if the tokens are listed in Eidoo's ERC20 Tokens list (https://erc20-tokens.eidoo.io/), they support almost all tokens (ERC20/ERC223). If you're sure on both, try contacting EIDOO team for help (support@eidoo.io)

Post by: xcbjsuw on January 31, 2018, 12:52:59 AM Try to check your eth address in etherscan, sometimes for new tokens not directly into the list wallet eidoo or imtoken. or it may be that your data is being used by someone else, and you are not getting a token due to multiple accounts. Please help I would like to suggest you to use MEW for receieving rewards from airdrops and bounties because it is the only wallet which can support all the tokens.And myether wallet is also very safe when compared to other wallets.I am also did the same mistake when I was a newbie and I am totally lost tokens can't able to recover it.So use MEW for future use bro. |
