Best advice for starters, if you are familiar with the question and you have a point to say then reply into it, but if not just read the answers of others to have an idea. I always make sure to that every post that I made is counted and listed upon my notes. So its easy for me to think. Aside from that , if I am not sure their topics I'd rather read it and just get some ideas on how and what is it.
You just post here if you think that you are sure to your answer probably, advice or suggestion. But it's less obvious to also read sub-rules, as any section (marketplace, local etc) have their own and specific rules! You can find them as a sticky threads at the top of the section.

I think, you should read the rules and regulations first and be familiarize with it. to avoid spamming, you shoud post constructive and relevant to the topic. avoid short and irrelevant posts and as long as you can, write your original post and do not copy it from other's post. If you’re unsure that your question is not that general and unsearchable, don’t be lazy to search the answer on the search bar instead of posting another thread about it. Follow that rules and you shouldn't be at problem here :) As for spamming, make sure to read the first and last post to know what the discussion is and what are we discussing now. Make sure to fully understand the whole context of the topic first, I saw many replies that does not have anything to do with the topic at all.
