All the crypto currencies are in the red I do not understand this new year. Explain to me why?

Can you believe all this shit is because of only 1 altcoin. tether... I hope we hear good news about tether and bitcoin recovers soon. all altcoins are waiting for bitcoin to make a new jump up.

Sure, it´s normal that markets go up and down. The problem is that to much people are just rushing
into selling if markets go down and that in turn makes the market even go down further.

Even crypto is to be seen as long term invest, I usually make sure I know the people behind the project
and the product to make sure I invest in a good project.

I also try to stay in for as long as possible to support the project, I might at some turn pull out with the initial investment
and leave the rest in a project that I believe in, or leave it all.

Not sure how you guys do it, but that what I do.

Yeah all are red, but its big oppurtunity for us maybe we can not see all coins with these low price again in future, I think now is time to buy promising alts for future.

For the last 2 months, this question is repeating itself over and over. People be patient!

Fluctuations are normal in the market field. It is true that the Tether thing has shaken a market a little bit but there will be more stories like that in the future and again the same question will be asked. Noone can predict the true happenings in the market field.

Growth will come again and if you are smart enough you will invest in the promising coins right now!

This is the third dip already in the month of January, we experience FUD and the market react accordingly.

The first dip = South Korea crypto trading ban FUD and China crypto mining ban FUD.
The second dip = Again South Korea.
The third dip = The no transparency of Tether and Bitfinex finance.

It is not something unusual in cryptocurrencies. It has happened several times and it will happen several times in future too. Soon all the currencies will become green same as before.

It is normal behaivor for cryptocurrency sometimes it fall down but after it grow more powerfull than falled.

According to the article, all facebook advertising ads regarding bitcoin and cryptocurrencies will be banned by facebook. Do you agree this would happen?

That is because of the volatility, since we knew it is unpredictable whether the market is crashing down the price value we to be patience or else in the end you're the one who is going to be loose anyway. Because nowadays, most alts are in red case due to sellers are much more in prevail than the buyers. But sooner or later the market value will rise up or goes out in the time we didn't expect, and winners always became patience on it.

Yes, all the cryptos are in the red zone because BTC is dropping sharply and now it's because of tethers but now is the good time to buy BTC and some good alts and just HODL till the market goes up in a few days or week.

Coins will go UP , then DOWN or the other way.
You can't expect a coin to go UP and never go DOWN.
This is not a very big deal , every price will be back tomorrow in a short period.
Some of the are already near the price it was. All of the coins will be normal, just wait and invest now.

Sometimes there are no reasonable explanations, in the end it's all supply and demand.

Almost all the altcoins are down because Bitcoin is down.  All the altcoins are traded in pairs with Bitcoins, so when Bitcoin loses USD value, it also affects the altcoins.  However, if you check the prices of your alts in satoshi value, they probably haven't changed that much.

Because any FUD and bad news in the same time. But this still normal and the market will change to up trend in a few day or month. Just patient to wait for that. But i think not all altcoin going down, any some altcoin/ token going up like Waltonchain.

I am also very strange, why today all cryptocurrencies fell all, I tried to find the reason, but it seems there is not any major negative news. Anyway, if you are long-term holders, just ignore it.

This is part of the crypto market not just crypto but other markets like stocks and forex, they also have red days or bear days or weeks. Just hodl what you got and wait until the Bulls are up again.

Markets will go through phases both rising and falling. All of the coins are pretty much linked so when one catches a cold all the rest sneeze, USDT is having issues as well publicisised and this is affecting Bitcoin and in turn everything else. Time to ride the storm or buy more if you are brave.

Rising and falling prices are a normal thing in cryptocurrency, but why goin down so far like usually? And why also almost all of coin going down?.

• about few year ago comes/released so many coin and that make investment from investors become divided,
• speculation market, this is very influence the price of cryptocurrency, good and bad news will influence the market.
• many people are don't know about cryptocurrency, so they are scaref to invest their money.
• Naughty Group, there is many naughty group who is shared fake info about cryptocurrency, so the price is going down and they are take tho moment to buy coin.
• many country are banned cryptocurrency, in this few days china goverment are banned cryptocurrency, that's the reason why the price going down.

This is still normal because too many bad news since 1 month ago, issue of regulation Bitconnect exchange, FUD of Korea ban exchange and bad news again Japan exchange get hacked. But i see alot of potential of cryptocurrency in the longterm so just patient for wait bullish trend. This down trend will finish and change to up trend.

almost all altcoin prices on the market at the beginning of this year often decline, even the most popular type of coin that is bitcoin, experienced something similar. but this is a naturally valued price correction. for circles of cryptocurrency this kind of thing is reasonable, because the nature of the cryptocurrency itself has a fluctuating price.

That's the valid point more than the fluctuations there real pain is panic selling as it affects the already bleeding market of crypto even more so it's advisable to mature users not to sell the crypto.when the price dump unless it's a sheer emergency.

No, the Facebook`s decision in not the cause for this crush - Tether (USDT) is the main suspect here. U.S. regulators sent Tether subpoenas, but actually this is an old news because apparently it happened last year. This crisis can be solved easily if Tether clearly shows that their tokens are 100% backed by the same amount of US$ into the bank account.

Well, to be in red is just normal because most of it relying on the value of bitcoin. As the start of this year 2018, many specualtion said that its the year of ICO but in some point we can't assured that it will be because in the end it will be still depends the kind of ICO if it will be successful or not by the demand on our society. On my opinion, regarding that matter the value of crypto currency is so volatile that we can't assure how peak the value it will be, I would suggest to hold as much as possible because for me it will suddenly increase anytime just be updated and monitor it different value as well as the value of bitcoin.

It's just a correction. At this time you can buy interesting altcoins because now they are not expensive.
