I think Indiegogo has a refund policy if the project creator doesn't deliver, but I'm not sure so back at your own risk. It seems to be an ASIC mining startup, so there is a small chance of success, but they'd probably have to be in the next few waves of ASICs to make a ROI and pay backers.
