Dude you just did. You're free to post topics as long as you just don't do it too frequently, and make sure your topic posts actually makes sense.

Hello, How about posting image? Did it has min. rank to make me can post image or not? I have not try to post with image actualy, but maybe I'll do it later

That's exactly the point - it IS supposed to take a long time. These measures along were introduced in an attempt to reduce spamming and low quality posts. If you're here to share your views and participate in discussions, it shouldn't matter.

If you want to post a nonsense topic there is a right section to do it.
 i dont recommend that you post nonsense ,but post topic where you can contribute in this forum to get merit.
