Kind of awkward trying to deposit coins...had to like right click the generated deposit address and wasnt intuitive at all...

Actually that's something that could be improved on most of the exchanges (and RedcoinCasino, where I lost a few on the horseraces ;) )

Double-click, right-click, copy, paste isn't very intuitive. Have to agree on that.

In most browsers, you can select it by "double clicking" and then drag it to the "send to" address-field in your wallet-qt.

Yea dunno, maybe its me having to use a laptop & RDP to another box thats the issue here, but I tried left click 'drag' over the generated address and I got a 'block/circle' icon indicating it couldnt be copied. I clicked on the small icon next to the generated address thinking maybe it was a 'copy' icon and it did nothing (what is that anyway?). I then tried left click & dragging over the addy again, and tho the address didnt highlight I then right clicked it anyway and was able to select copy, hoping again that I was actually copying an address and not some html on the page (not very user friendly), which actually worked. How hard would it be to put a 'copy' icon next to the address?

Oh, and at one stage I clicked generate address and it actually created a 'B' address instead of a 'C' address for Cloudcoin. Bit of a worry...

The small square thing is a QR-Code for use with wallets on smartphones, so you can read the code with the camera into the wallet on the smartphone. But I think this feature is not enabled yet.

A "copy to clipboard" button would be nice, I think. I'll put it on the request list :)


CloudCoin has both addresses starting with a "B" and with a "C".
Try generating a few new receive addresses in you client, you'll see they have both :)

How long it takes to withdraw LTC from Phenixex? More than a day the withdraw transaction is still "Processing". More than a day no reply from support@phenixex.com.

There are problems not only with withdrawal, but with deposit also.
I've sent SXC to my account more than 12 hours ago, but account still empty.
Support keeps silence.

I think John and Mike do this as a side gig because the amount of effort they put forth is a tenth of the amount of talk they, or the minions, spew.

I've just talked to John. Mike is aware of the issues now and is working on it. They've been busy with PhenixEx related business, John is going to make an exciting announcement soon ;)

That probably isn't true, because there seems to be problems with other coins. The SXC client shouldn't effect any other coin.
If there is a problem, it would only exist if they are using 0.6.3.0. They are probably using 0.6.3.1 which will not have any effect until block 155000, so there is more than enough time for them to update, if they haven't already.

They have recieved information regarding the new client by e-mail, PM, and forum posts.

The truth is unless you are sitting looking at the code, and understand it, you can't assume what the problem is, and even if you are and do, you can't give a solid time to institute a fix. I have substanticial funds on PhenixEX, I'm not panicking because there's no pressing need to move them and I can still trade.

I can understand fustration of not being able to move funds in, or out but the only course of action is to be patient and allow the operators to react to the situation as best they can.

Thanks for your understanding, Digger. You guys have to understand, it's frustrating for us "minions" ( lol ) too. We're all doing our best, but we can't force our coder to work harder then he already is.

PhenixEx is still in beta and when it comes out of beta we're going to add fiat. All I can ask you guys is to hang on, and we understand it's scary when you can't access funds. Our apologies.

I have had 0.22btc sitting in processing for withdraw for the past 12 hours. Guess I should have read this thread again b4 trying to withdraw.

Hard to say. I think most problems around deposits and withdraws have been fixed now. I can't promise anything other then he's working on it as fast as he can. Thanks for your patience !

Yes.

Mike is working at the backend of the server, the new withdraw engine is almost finished, will be tested and then implemented.
"Almost" in coding days can take a few days, though. Remember it's still Beta and almost a week was lost due to illness of Mike.
We can't implement stuff and break anything, there's real coins at stake.

Most of my deposits / withdraws got through though, only my BTC are stuck for a few days now but they won't go anywhere.

Website and forum will be migrated but have no priority atm, will be back after the engine is done and bugs are squashed and sprayed.

Blockexplorer is up (http://explorer.phenixcoin.com) so you can still track your PXC transactions.
