at this rate we will likely have more than 10,000 tokens on Coinmarketcap.com by the end of the year, I will try to read the paper later, what I fear with this new project is turning out to be a sleeper, so many projects late year that I didn't not take serious and not have done at least 10X

I also feel that the current token is too much.

Jet8 indeed is an already established business and glad they chose ICO to expand their business.
At least it has something that works to start with.
But isn't the Soft Cap meant to be higher than the hard cap?

IMO it's an interesting project but it's just another ICO like IndaHash (IDH) which didn't perform very well on exchange. It might do good in longer run but not for flipper I think.

The fact that Jet8 already have working business mean nothing. Their business need not neither ICO nor coin at all. If it is needed to use coins, why don't use bitcoin, ethereum or other? Everyone wants to get piece of ICO pie. ;)

How JET8 is bringing their social influence token into 2018

The blockchain is so hot right now. Everyone is working on new ideas or systems that can utilize not only the blockchain, but altcoins and tokens, as well. There are endless startups all pitching new ideas and tokens, however, many times you'll find these guys are actually pitching an idea and actually have no product or service to show where their theory will actually work.

APPaaS

New Facebook Content Publication Policy
We’re currently working on a new content publication flow for the apps on the Application as a Service program. This flow is now compliant with Facebook’s new content sharing policy, which will be effective starting August 1st.

This will give users more control over the content they generate and will help increase the engagement and quality of the content generated.

Once ready, this flow will also be available for Instagram & Twitter, making the flow future-proof.

New jet8.app domain & landing pages
Google has recently opened the registration of .app domains for the web. In order to offer the most tailored service, all apps on the JET8 Ecosystem will now be assigned jet8.app sub-domains automatically.

Taking advantage of this change, we’ve also updated the APPaaS landings in order to make them more appealing, helping increase growth of the different communities.

JET8 Architecture
Work on the migration from monilith core to micro services continues as planned. Moving ever-forward, we’ve continued decoupling services in order to make them independent and interconnected.

As of today, we’ve completed the decoupling of the core to an independent package and further advanced the testing stages of the first independent services: API, Data Processor, Wallet & Shop.
