I suggest you trade your PayPal funds with a family member or friend. They give you cash and you use that cash to buy bitcoin. There are safer and non-reversible payment methods which are much more preferred here. And escrow.. don't forget to use a trusted escrow here. Nobody will send coins first, just to let you know in advance. |
