But if you register, you would know it for sure. Credit Card can be charged back. So, I think that a Wire Transfer would be required. Try searching in the marketplace there could be some sites that accepts visa directly. Or you can just create paypal, payza or moneybooker account then top it with your visa after you have balance you can then exchange with bitcoin in the marketplace.

fund your Payeer Account wit whatever visa mastercard and few more order USD EUR on your btc e Funds Site, use the funding with Payeer, let us know if it worked. |
