I read great things about NEO but surprisingly there have been about 27 ICOs as per one spreadsheet. But even more surprising thing is that Asian teams continue to start hundreds of ERC20 based ICOs. Why are they not doing them on NEO platform? Because the Chinese govt is involved in NEO? It is also more proven in terms of Smart Contract.
