No. You should be able to post/reply to threads/topics every 360 seconds with the rank you currently have.. Maybe there's something wrong with your browser/loading of pages(unlikely?), or your other account got banned? Upon registering, did you had to pay a fee ( for units of "evil")? that might have something to do with it, although i'm really not sure. Title: Re: Cannot post? Post by: coasterridex on February 01, 2018, 10:18:24 PM i have experienced the same thing with the first account i had and it's something like my IP Address got banned and i need to "PAY" so i could post on this site/reply. i ask my friend who's already in here for a long time and he told me to try creating new account and do it in a different place. i've tried it and it works.
