I always loved the iconic design of the popular 3D render and always wanted to spread around something physical about Bitcoin to friends and strangers for awareness and fun. I also wanted to have the option to embed priv keys for more "fun" and a more fashionable cold storage. So the Delos coin was born, the process was fun and along with a friend ThalesMint was born with more plans for the future.

Available for sale are 90 0 sets. - SOLD OUT

Each set includes 5 coins, 5 Lighthouse coin capsules and 6 hologram tamper-evident stickers. Shipped in a padded envelope.
Nor the sets, nor the coins are numbered.

Delos - the coin
Obviously based on the popular design with some alterations due to constraints of the creation processes and the size. The coin has 26mm(~1.02 in.) diameter and 2.25mm(~0.09 in.) thickness. The metal is Nordic Gold (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nordic_Gold) (not actual gold, it's just a brand name) - it's actually a copper alloy - same with the Euro coins. The alloy's composition is 89% copper, 5% aluminium, 5% zinc, and 1% tin.

Price: $25 per set.
Shipping: $5 untracked, $10 tracked & signed. Price is per set (cost may vary depending on country, so wait for a total from me before paying) (also use privnote.com for delivery details) shipped from UK mail.

It's our first time making & selling, so we're grateful to feedback & suggestions around the sale process etc.

Retirement
Depending on how long it takes to sell these out, we might stop selling this model and use it for personal use e.g. fill them with some mBTCs and spread them around to friends and strangers.

As we're closing to the sale of 50 Delos sets, I have to admit that I didn't expect it that fast, especially being a newcomer and all. Thanks everyone for the support.

There were another 40 sets reserved for sale to events & meetups etc., but with not much progress on that front I think it's better to make them available here instead, so we can focus on developing our next coin. (so 46 sets remaining atm)

Our dream is to make a limited-quantity, top-quality coin with a unique design, however as we learn and work towards that, I still find great value in Delos; it's great to have an affordable coin with familiar-design that can be given away to friends & strangers and bring new people to Bitcoin, so it's quite probable that we revisit the idea of Delos if there is demand.
Please do feel free to share any feedback on Delos or in general, either here or PM; it would be greatly appreciated.

It was really fun & exciting to finally delve into the coin making & selling side and we really appreciate the warm welcome :)
As I said some posts above, we are working on our next coin which will be of a higher tier and lower volume.
