Title: How can remove a negative trust ?
Post by: albert11 on February 02, 2018, 09:05:53 AM
I recently reply at the topic about merits points, and no one clear to me if there is still a chance for me: "the post is quoted below"

I just want to make it possible to get any attention that might give me some words for this kind of matter

I am here to fix my own error
By the help deeds of actmyname i found out that i already made a mistake without knowing it
Here is the story and i already Private message this to actmyname.

I recently had been penalized by actmyname:

Quote
Actmyname: Very likely connected alts: {albert11, CornHub}

CornHub sent trust to albert11 with no reference, Legendary Member albert11 sends 50 merits to CornHub's post which is really just a general recycled garbage post.

My message sent:
Quote
SORRY
Im being arrogant in putting in test the new system rules " merits" it should be 5 merits and not 50, i just realized that i made a typo graphical error within giving a merits in user cornhub,  just saw my fault because of the red trust.
About the post i just want to help him in ranking up a little bit, also that's a part of how i will glad to thank him for what i buy in real life" ledger nano" in our meetup.

I hereby apologize for this thing
Looking forward for a chance.

If there any chance that i can made it right, please tell me.
I do want to continue at this forum, accepting punishment for my excitement.

No words can explain my fault
No words can even exchange for my wrong action

Again, I deeply want to say I'm guilty for what happened.

*edited some words that might not clear*

There is a statement on Actmyname profile page that you have to wait 72 hours before sending a PM or it will be ignored. Did you wait three days?

PM Lauda and petition him.
This has literally nothing to do with me. You didn't even read the thread nor check the rating, classic shitposter.

If they haven`t accept your apologize, try to accept the fact that you have a negative trust. If you dont really want to have a negative trust in your profile i think you should create a new account and try to start fresh and take your experience in having a negative trust as a lesson.

I can not agree with you. Not all cases are lost. If a user is able to prove his credibility I think he or she deserves a second chance in some cases. There should be many aspects taken into consideration like the history of that person, rank, post quality, etc. Like I said before everybody deserves a second chance but that's just my humble opinion.

Im just stating an incident that, when the final decision is to declined your apologize, try to accept it. Dont try to insist it when there has a final decision If you do that you may annoy the one who gave you a negative trust. But thank you for sharing your opinion i appreciated it.

Try messaging the moderators here in this campaign ask for petition and reviewal of your posts and tell them that you have no scammed or taking full advantage of someone while you're conducting a transaction to them. Also, see to it that your post are highly quality and constructive one.

Any clear answer or specific detail on my question about the fortuity of my case?

Ps: Thank you for those people who notice about this, fortunately i guess that i got a lower prospect of removing the negative trust.

Indubitably, the fortuity of your inquiry is infinitesimal.  Methinks you write posts like a life-sentence prisoner who is intent on scribbling every word in the thesaurus you bought from the commissary.  I would advise you to abandon your quest, because that red trust is probably not going to go anywhere anytime soon.  In other words, brother, you're stuck with it.  Unless Theymos decrees that DT members shouldn't leave negs for questionable merit-leaving, and that may indeed happen.

Lately, I am in similar situation like OP. Messaging moderators normally is thirst thing to do but not on Bitcointalk forum. After a few messages and week later with no answer I have opened a thread "what next with negative trust" you can look here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2864431.0  As you see from answers in my thread such a PM is seen as spam and they don't answer at all. I didn't know that. For me, logical was to PM a person who gave me red trust. I see that many people complain about Lauda. I don't know if they are right or wrong but Lauda always answers accusations. I see him or her answering this "what's next" threads.

I think there should be a thread or person where you can add your case for consideration. This person should not be involved in negative trust giving only act like a judge in such cases. This is wrong that only person who gave you negative trust can take it back because they will prove that they are or where wrong when doing this. Nobody likes to admit that he was wrong especially people with power.

Actmyname also accused me as alternative account of cornhub without any basis or evidence to prove the given negative trust except "about merit system" in my account, i know that i accidentally  abused the system but having no respond from actmyname for the issue is bad habit/manner/action or maybe moral.

This as same an issue in your post/argument about negative trust that also accused by someone without basis.

We are already 110 days after I was tagged and still, my case is not resolved despite I have provided innocents proofs. Hillariousandco responded two times in my negative trust thread but when I provided my proofs he stopped and not replied from 40 days despite I have bumped this topic in a legal way to the top where was well visible and slightly changed the title to a better one which is asking for an answer.

I feel just angry and humiliated because I don't fill guilty and have done nothing against rules. Still, I am just ignored and red trust is hurting me every day. Like I said before there should be somebody or a thread where a high-rank member will act like a judge and take your case into reconsideration. His judgments will be final and not reversible. So you have to think twice before asking for help.

I have seen such a system on other forums and works really great. People are positively surprised and very often they compare and complain about a faulty trust system on the Bitcointalk forum.

Stop shitposting in Meta.  Go do it in Economics or one of those sections.

PM Lauda and petition him.
This has literally nothing to do with me. You didn't even read the thread nor check the rating, classic shitposter.
This reminds me of the shitposters who think DT members are "admin", campaign managers are "devs", and random people who stop by to give advice are mods.  They see these words and try to use them, but they have no idea what the words mean.  This is the fundamental problem with bitcointalk.

Try messaging the moderators here in this campaign ask for petition and reviewal of your posts and tell them that you have no scammed or taking full advantage of someone while you're conducting a transaction to them. Also, see to it that your post are highly quality and constructive one.
Oh, you had to throw that bolded part in here.  Your advice shows a lack of understanding about how things work around here.  Trust is not moderated.  That means staff isn't going to step in and delete any feedback, regardless of if you are or are not a scammer, regardless of the quality of your posts.  Try to understand that basic fact and stop giving bad homeopathic advice.

Still, I am just ignored and red trust is hurting me every day.
This steaming pile of manure is one of the worst appeals to emotion that I've seen here.  No one feels sorry for you.

This case can't resolve until actmyname is on his position. I m better now to start a new journey, there are still plenty of activity here at forum.. Despite, We cant push our occurrence or "reasoning" orthodox. We can move on and keep thinking positively able to engage a good reputation again at this platform.

"I would like to closed this thread now because there are lot of shit poster. out topic reply"
