I imagine the price will rise of these once again now, however I am wishing to consolidate all my stocks into one, hence the sale. They are going through a fixed priced auction of 2.65BTC each. If all 5 are sold in one sale I will consider doing this for 13BTC as a whole. You may use escrow if you wish, however this is the buyers responsibility. Don't worry about dividends, if I receive payment before dividends and Friedcat has not transferred the shares to your address yet (possible), I will send the dividends for the shares you purchase. I won't ask Friedcat to confirm my ownership, I will however sign a message from my Dividend receiving address. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
