We will have an easy solution for this. We encourage sellers to note unique serial numbers, when  it is possible, associated with the product and to take a picture of the package. If the seller and buyer can not come to an agreement our dispute mechanism will resolve the problem as the arbitrators will have direct information about the tracking number, weight of package and every bit of information about the transaction. Count in that our rating system will show how trusted each seller or buyer is arbitrators should have an easy job deciding who is right!

When is end of ICO? From your ICO plan it looks like token sale started at 27th January and ICO ends after 25 days.. so it should ends at 21st of February. Am I correct?

Well, With Menuva Platform transaction is protected with Escrow, Then how much the escrow will cost for a transaction? Is there a percentage deduction for escrow? This to me looks like how does Coinspayment and ShapeShift work.

Menuva is a good platform that gives everyone ease to make payments using crypto, I will try it out later. hopefully this project is successful so it can provide the best service for its users

Since Menuva is a platform, we have a lot more room to work with than just being a token. Escrow cost will depend on various things but will always be below 2%. You will be able to deposit Your currency onto the Menuva platform and enjoy transactions between users. Of course using direct payments instead of escrow payments will lower the cost but it will also make You vulnerable and we recommend those transactions only to users with good ratings.
Coinspayment and ShapeShift are just "payment acceptors". They do not provide any escrowing, securing transactions nor any ratings or transparency. Count into that that the fees on both of those are sky high and their rates are manipulated and do not represent the current exchange rates.

I am allways has a huge belief in any payment platform. I've made the math and I think that I can get at least 5x what I put in after bonus ends. Nice way to get some of the money I lost in the last month. Thinking about giving some more ethereum to this project :)

Paper is so weird. From what it looks plan is to bribe goverment officials. At least that is what I get out of it. If that is the case the funny thing is it might work. Bitcoin is going down the drain right now so anything that could save that would be welcome.

One of our main advantages is to hold the value of the cryptocurrency at the current market rate but we currently do not have an option to payout currencies to lets say Your bank account. LRC is only an exchange protocol. We looked into it already. Menuva is much more than just an exchange protocol. We will offer the complete package for all users ranging from the store gateway plugins to customer interface.

Talking with exchanges is something that is done in the background and we can not publicly speak about it. We aim to hit the first exchanges within 2 weeks after token distriubtion.

It is running on ETH backbone, we know the recently there was a slow network connection due to the congestion because of the kitties. As a payment platform the fast not just secure is important. Do you have future plans to have your own blockchain for the sustainability of this good project in the long run?

It seems to me that is not so important for startup to release / develop their own blockchain.

We are well aware of possible drawbacks using ETH and its protocol. If You read our whitepaper it is clearly stated that this is a project that will constantly evolve and be on a lookout for new technologies like atomic swap and upcoming decentralized exchanges. When we started working on this project we did not have the manpower to build a custom blockchain. This has now changes but We still do not see any particular benefit of that currently and ETH suits are needs perfectly.
