Came across a really good bounty with IoT Chain. For a second I thought bounties were stopping due to regulation.

I also thought that the developers had backed up a little till this whole situation gets better. A market is currently in a very bad shape, but only the smartest are rebuying and holding. Thank you for this bounty link. I will make sure to make some good use of it! Bounties for sure ain't dead and with this little offers they are actually fighting back and trying to prevail over the manipulations that are suppressing them.

Bounty = marketing! So when the ICO is still existent, bounty will be too and we can join together.
However, there are currently too much of ICOs, and most (probably) are scams or shitcoin, so check out and join the bounty campaigns of potential and valuable projects.

I too participate in bounty campaign, it is a good way to earn money with your creativity. There are many people who are interested in bounty. Bounty campaign plays a very important role to bring in investors for a particular project. I prefer only trusted project's bounty campaign.

I am glad that you had shared that one and will look into it if I can start to join also. Anyways, with regards to the subject, I really
do believe that bounties aren't dead because a lot of my colleagues were benefited from the profit that they are receiving aside from their company salary yet they still have other income from signature campaign ad's. Many people were actually engaged in the signature campaign ads which is now an opportunity for everyone who desires to earn money from it.

Well bounties have been a very cool way of making some money for spending your precious time.I will check it out,I know alot of people would have joined already. The more people involved,the lesser the returns though.

Glad to see this post. But it seems hard to win for the first place, its gonna be a lot of participants. A reasonable opportunity you only get 1 ITC. But its ok, as long as its free. I will join that campaign.

Bounties are still alive even here in our forum. Bounties are the good source of popularity of those developing coins. They need the help of the people in the social media and here in the forum to materialize their project coins. Bounties also are good source of free coins and tokens. They are very profitable in to bounty hunters and so as with the developers. Many investors are attracted to bounties because of its ability to make their product or their coins become famous.

That's a good news for bounty hunters. Bounties aren't dead, really, because there are many bounties here in bitcoin talk forum. We need bounties to promote the new coins to become valuable and be listed on exchanges. Also, bounties are good source of support systems for the newly developed coins in the crypto world.

Its great bounty with IoT Chain also good platform and offered to those people who want to subcribe.

Bounties now are unstable becasue it giving chance to earn big income from it to people who want to work within. Also bounty campaign in the ICO's are great and they offered a great job to their supporters even the insentive you were got from it is too long before you get. Now the platform of many ICO is for bounty campaign to promote thier services and token that why bounties never ends.

In as much as ICOs are still in place, then then need for Bounties will still be there. ICOs need massive promotion and through Bounties, the project achieves a certain degree of publicity and potential to attract more investors. It just seve as an addition to the team's marketing strength. So, bounties can not easily die.

I think this the new regulation regarding to bounty campaign and rank system will benefit both the bounty hunters and the bounty campaign itself since the number of participants will somewhat decrease but the quality will increase thus the forum will become more informative attracting more readers which makes their signatures more efficient and the stakes to be received by each participants will increase as well since there will be fewer spammers around.

because of the large influx of bounties, the profit decreases at times! I think for a year there will be enough bounty until it all ends

That has a sense, one day the bounty might turn into nothing, the reward would be so insignificant that a little number of people would take a part in companies.

Nothing is dead. Still new bounties everyday and many of them are profitable.

Yes ,you are right, but you need to select bounty wisely . Because where a huge number of participants the reward will be minimal . And it depends on the project itself whether it will collect a sufficient amount

I am seeing a lot of bounties lately not here in the forum but on different social media telegram and even other forum site, I really think this kind of bounties are good for newly ICO's that want they project to be known to the public, I am really into bounty my recent Campaign are ICO bounty and I recently join in a social media bounty campaign that have earned me a lot of profit lately.

ICOs are still alive. If its dead, where do you think you are now? Why do you have to post here in bitcointalk? People will not let crypto die that easily because it is the easiest way to ear their fortune.

I agree with whatever you are saying completely. The new merit system combined with the regulated bounty campaigns really does help bring down the spam in this forum to a whole new level and reward quality posters in a much better manner which is something that I am excited about at the moment. I have observed so many spammers joining bounty campaigns with the plethora of accounts with the intention of making a quick buck and posting low quality posts here and there which is why I welcome this new change wholeheartedly.

No its not dead. I think bounties will not die unless it is banned from all country.
Many people are counting on bounties and many people became rich because of it.
It will not easily disappear.

probably not. bounties is part of a business by promoting such token or project. bounties are very important in a specific coin to make the coin more saleable and tradeble.

ICO cant afford the mainstream media to have to advertise from them as each country have different stations.
ICO need a worldwide advertisement which can be done on bounties on social media and this forum.

No it can't be dead. Ico needs bounties. This is a form of advertisement, a way to tell the world about a certain coin. And this form of advertisement is beneficial to businesses to save in the cost of advertising their product.

the possibility for bounties to die is very small because ICO will need bounty participants to introduce their projects to everyone especially for investors but ICO is likely to be more selective as some ICOs are sometimes scam.

Bounties are the new income method for the people who are not join in a regular job out side of home. This work can be done any where anytime for the sake of your time. Bu the bounty paid in the token may be some value or not by the matter of time and the market situation.

Yes bounties are still up and going. But they are being regulated bit by bit. Undergoing some additional requirements in compliance to SEC regulations. KYC for instance is now being implemented by some ICO’s wherein bounty participants are required to submit personal details. Most are against this coz it will go against anonymity. Let’s just wait for the next chapter of this drama.

Bounties are not dead because its a way of campaigning an ICO. Its also a way of growing your community and have early supporters and promoters of your ICO and in return,  participants who joined bounties received tokens as a reward for their continuous support on the ICO.

Bounty in such view as now too close to die. So much multi-accs. Some bountists full-time work instead of real work and think that it's forever. I think we need some reformat

Why would bounties die. It is the best way to build up the community. The only scenario where the bounties will slow down is when ICOs are not done. This will happen soon though seeing the craze when every decent ICO is whitelisted within minutes. People are rushing in like crazy. My basis is based on ICO like NUcleus VIsion where they cancelled there ICO simply bcz too many whitelisiting. So when the projects will move from ICOs to airdrops, the demand for bounties will also reduce. This will however take some time.

For sure bounties aren't dead. I assumed that there will no bounties, there will no life or an additional to make bitcoin sweet and lovable to everyone. Bounties is helpful and giving away a coins to the bounty hunters.

wow nice bounty, this is the best way to make a massive promotion because every one will want to win the competition so they will put all their effort to grab the opportunity.

as it stands now am in already, so are others and more people are still joining the bounty.

The project looks good, mostly airdrops and free tokens are given by average projects only, but this one looks of high quality, if they have a comprehensive bounty campaign they should post in Bounties section of this forum too.

If you choose a good bounty with reasonable rewards and certain no of  participants. 

I think no one in their right mind would believe that bounty hunting as a full-time job is a reliable future. It is here now, and hopefully it will stay, but no one can know what the future will be. The format as it is is OK in my opinion.

They're not dead but I think it's safe to say that a lot of them are somewhat pointless and just not worth doing.

I think there are better ways to gain altcoins.

I don't think most people know what bounty is or waht it actually means. Makes me a bit sad there so many foolish people about the forum.

Do you realize even big companies like Microsoft and gaming companies have bounties to right? Bounty is the word given to what is basically freelance
work. In the tech world, these are known as bounties. Here the bounties are to help coins. Try google bounties that are not found on bitcointalk and you will see for yourself. You can make lots of money if you a Dev and can do bounty bugs where you fix bugs with peoples software and you are paid a large amount especially if you solved a security problem.


Yes you must carefully select who you work for and who you support. Only do bounty for something you believe in.


Dude marketing has been going on for hundreds of years. We just gave it another name.

Maybe crypto currencies are in serious crisis now but that doesn't mean that bounties are dead. There are still some good worthy bounties out there, but you have to be careful for there are a lot of scammers specially now, they are taking the opportunity to scam people. Anyway,you got some good bounty there.

The one that you have linked in the OP is indeed a very interesting project, it is probably even worth to buy, not just to try to get the bounty.

Bounties are not dead, but it's a sad thing to know that some of the campaign with these bounties especially signature campaigns had reduced with the tokens that they shall distribute soon. The tokens that are removed from here will be transferred to Social Media Campaigns so I am quite disappointed.

Bounties aren't dead first it's part of the allocation of the whole project. If bounties are dead how will the campaign poster will recognize? It's like selling a goods that should advertise online.

Bounties are only going to become more and more important since the banning of paid adverts on Facebook / Instagram. It is still a very powerful tool to spread awareness of an ICO.

Bounties are not really dead they are just preparing to go to the moon and be listed to other decentralized exchanges.
