How do we as treaders overcome an unstable bitcoin price loss? ???

If you are not good at TA, simply just HODL.

IMO, if people get some news about bitcoin, it can be bad news or good news. But, sometime bad news its just fake to make people do panic sell and make some dump on bitcoin price.
You got some options, if sometime bitcoin price is really going down and you scared, then withdraw it when you already on profit or doing some cut loss.
If you want more risky, then just HODL.

so how do we not to be fooled by false rumors?

Don't TA plays an important role in economics, You don't really need TA to be a trader in Crypto. Everyday people post hundreds of TA charts saying Bitcoin will increase 50K or come down to 5K. Everything is just a speculation. Finally markets will play its own game.

To OP, You can give Bitcoin trading a start by using demo trading feature in most of the changes before putting in real money. Grasp the basics, Buy low-sell high and repeat. Now how to choose coins to trade depends on your knowledge about those coins and how they are performing currently. You can check this forum or reddit or youtube to get some insights. Make a list of promising coins and start with them. Don't put all your money and then whine about losing it. Trading is an art and not everyone is an artist. Try to become one.

Actually a lot of factors that affect the price of Bitcoin.
Among other things: volume and spread of bitcoin, trader speculation, fraud mode involving bitcoin and others.
The only way to avoid losses is to do HODL, HODL is the most appropriate and effective way.

Just do more research. Dont believe so easily, always do more research about every news that you heard

It is very hard to monitor each and every news in the market because it takes a lot of time analysing all this data.

You must prepare a lot for trading in cryptocurrencies.
