Also, how do you determine if the ICO is a scam?
How soon do tokens usually go on exchanges once an ICO is finished?

There is no guarantee that a project is a scam or not a scam, what you need to do is to research them, look at the public profile of the team on Linkedin and the most important thing, never invest what you can't afford to lose, there will always be another Ethereum and Neo to invest in

you can't easily understand it is scam or not but you can check their team members history so it can give you some clues. you should look into Fuzex. good and professional team also crypto cards are always popular at crypto world.

Each ICO has its own internal rules, so you need to first get acquainted with them,
these rules also regulate the timing of the release of tokens on the exchange.

I do not think that the list of good ICO will help you. Many have already closed the white list of participants, many do not confirm some countries for participation. I do not know how much experience you have and how much money you are willing to invest in ICO. But I think that the lowest risk of investments is when the hard cap is almost collected. If the project I like, but there are doubts, then I watch how it collects money. Then I take the final decision about investing.

There are a few good icos but i want to mention only one of them. Arcblock ico is very popular and looks very strong for token sale. I think it will be one of the best ico for february.

I can not determine the best ico for this month. sometimes in every judgment is often wrong predictions. so I think it's a risk in every investment. I agree. Savedroid have an active community and when you visit their telegram channel you'll see 14k members and it's still counting and this is a good sign having these. Plus their pre sale had sold out in just 7 hours but the fact their have an app that already launched 2015 that just indicate that this is one good solid project.

When I try to learn about ICO, I not only read the white paper, but I also watch how the softcap is reached and if ICO gets to a hardcap so than there is no doubt

In my opinion Credits is one of the best ICO and potential project in this month because purpose of this project want to be more better than blockchain of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Their blockchain has faster transaction and cheap fee transaction and to be more better in scalability. This project also have already Minimum Viable Product.

First, in general, it is difficult to determine whether an ICO is a hoax, and we can only judge if the team members have bad records.
Second, if you want to go to ICO, you can look at cardstack, which is a potential project.
Third, after the general ICO, 1-2 months later, the token will be traded on the exchange.

for now i'll be rooting for GBX and Tradove. Those two ICO's are really promising. Gibraltar is an incoming exchanges which is existing on stock market, a large scale player on that. Meanwhile tradove just hit 25 million USD for presale, i mean how cool is that. i bet this coin will another one to look forward to. Well these are just my insights for now and who knows all we can do is just wait for it to hit or fail.

I dont know anything about best ICO, but if you are holding or investing in any ICO project you know, and you are confident enough to hold on this and thats it. But of course we should be aware of what is this really thing about for us not to have regrets in the end for losing after this ICO project ends.

Yes, ICO does not guarantee you a huge benefits, but if we invest in ICOs that are proven and reliable, then it is much more likely to be successful.

So it is difficult to determine scam, but i often look at the company offering them, it they already have some products and they need coins to support their activities and products most likely they are not scams.

While this looks like a good project with a lot of potential, their team is still very unclear about how their token will have value. They go on to explain in their opening statement on their website about how an ICO is a way for a company to crowdfund, yet they fail to mention how investors will see returns.
