Title: Crypto Houses
Post by: demiculus on February 03, 2018, 01:11:29 PM
Hello,

I'm planing on opening a Crypto House and I would like to talk with someone who has gone through the process.

What type of a house is it? How many people are staying full-time/part-time? What are you guys working on? Is living together beneficial? How would it be more beneficial?

I have very little knowledge of cryptohouse, I am new here and now that you mention it I would also like to know a little more about it, if you have any information I would like to know, thank you very much.

I'll let you know when I set up my own crypto house in 10 days. But until then I'd like to know about what others have done.

Haven't heard crypto house yet here. So maybe you're referring to a different name or something. That's why people can't suggest you as most of them are not familiar what you're talking about.

Please be specific. What you are talking about? Is it real house or an ICO? When to be exact? And where places you have plan to put up?
I guess it is good if you will make it as statement and give us some thoughts about your crypto house rather than asking us about your future plans. That's not worth at all.

I think he's talking about something youtubers or professional gamers are doing. They are setting up houses from where they're streaming and thinking of ways to make money together. They are organizing events, playing tournaments, filming videos, things like that.
I don't know any crypto houses but I think it might work if you guys knew how to entertain people.

Yes sorry about not being specific. There is this thing called hacker houses, they are fairly common in the bay area (silicon valley, san francisco).

People interested in startups live in tight spaces & bunkbeds. And organically they get to network & share knowledge with each other in that little community. I've stayed in a few and I got to learn a lot from just by living in the same house/room together. Some people are good at programming, others design, marketing etc. so you get to interact & learn beyond your field.

There were some houses trying to specialize in certain fields, for example a friend of mine had a hacker house focused on swift. He was only accepting people who knew the programming language swift and was building such community.

So a crypto house is people who are focused on developing/mining/trading/investing crypto currencies and I am planing on creating such a house.

The house that I will make will be in my local community, will involve my close friends (6 people) with a hope of scaling to 12 people.

This is the first time I will be doing such a thing so I wanted to talk with & learn from experienced people on how they do things what worked & what didn't.
