That would really depend on where you reside. Most crypto debit cards require full KYC AML verification so it's impossible to "lie" about that. Many cards block out certain territories etc, so to find one you'd need to tell them where you are.

Most Crypto cards were banned because of the issuer Wave Crest Holdings since they broke certain rules which I am not aware. So don't be under the impression that Crypto cards will work forever. They might take down any issuer anytime. Over that the conversion fees and limits don't seem to cut it. Now to answer your question, Monaco debit cards are currently not banned and should work fine globally wherever VISA is accepted. Though I haven't personally tried them, they seen to have good reviews.

Coss is working on a debit card to be used to withdraw money from their exchange. I read it will be launched on next March...

TenX said they have been working with a new card issuer and will release more details in the coming days.  Don't believe they've started issuing cards in the U.S. or Singapore yet.  Not sure if they will be doing that with the new issuer.

Take a look at Paycent card: https://paycent.com/

They are the only project currently which starts delivering their card. Their card comes under MasterCard brand so it will be possible to use all PoS and ATM in the network worldwide. The delivery started today (30th April).

Worldwide coverage expect for few sanctioned countries.

Their mobile wallet app is live and supports BTC, ETH, LTC and very soon Dash, and native PYN token.

I’ve passed KYC and now I’m waiting for the delivery. Will let you now when I use it, but till then you can watch their CEO using it:
