I think it is as fast as the ETH network, so it should be seconds. It is faster than bitcoin chain for sure, but that is without lightning upgrade.

Thats actually great because I am expecting to get some tokens from this project. If they are listed in more exchanges it would be better, and to do that, I think the developers need to pay the exchanges for the listing.
